Very bad for the cost. Expected more.

The place was very badly kept. Expected more for the cost. The tv was a computer monitor of 20in with no working channels. The bathroom was dirty and noisy. The rooms were very smelly.

Hotel is a bit outdated but the hotel staff service quite makes you forget about that. I would recommend for a short stay like mine (2-4 days)

Ma premiere chambre la douche était brisé et la seconde la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il font le check-in a 3h pm car si tu arrives avant il te charge un 'early check-in' 30 dollards US... Le dejeuner est bon mais il te le charge 8$us si tu le prend! Bien situé mais pas aussi bien que aur le site.

Found By Chance But Meant To Be

Put together a Peru trip on short notice to be with a hospitalized friend in Lima. Found this hotel basically by throwing darts at a board but more or less selected by proximity to hospital. This property in the San Isidro district delivered on everything we needed in lodging. Safe, inviting neighborhood with access to necessities within walking distance. Everyone from the owner on down the staff were inviting, friendly and courteous. My wife and I are seasoned travelers so are able to recognize value for dollar and Basadre Hotel met that criteria. San Isidro and Miraflores districts are going to reflect a bit higher room rates on travel websites but trust it is worth the difference for the safety and comfort. We very much enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose a smaller boutique hotel over the hustle and bustle of the big chain properties.

Very regular hotel.

Very regular hotel. The facilities are very old, the breakfast is not varied. not good. They Demanded the payment of 20 Soles more for washing a towel that had some makeup. Although the staff are very kind the hotel is no good.
