Very good place to stay, and sleep, a quiet room, nice view and close to everything, close to the mall, restaurants, bus stops. Kitchen was very equipped.

Everything was perfect and clean, the Kitchen supplies, the confortable beds, the access, etc. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room was missing for all four days that we we stayed there. The lady never went to our área to do the cleaning of the room.

Location fairly convenient, 3min walk from Turia metro station and within walking distance into the city centre. The property is modern, fairly spacious, clean and well equipped. There is no reception but the self check-in worked fine. It sits right next to a busy road and my studio was on the ground floor right next to the pedestrian path with a lot of foot traffic - and plenty of noise, so earplugs are pretty much necessary.

We had an awesome stay. We felt like we were locals. Great way to blend in and.enjoy the culture. Walking distance from many attractions including a mall with lots of food choices. Even though this is a non reception hotel. I was in touch with an actual person via WhatsApp. I even left an item behind and I was able to go back and get it. For that, i will always be grateful.

Lovely comfortable and very clean room. Plenty of towels etc. I had room 11 on the ground floor which did not feel very private, however the curtains were good - it was just a shame not to be able to open up for the natural light. Only problem I had was some very noisy people upstairs from me who sounded like they were moving furniture around in the night - however not the accommodations fault and other than that it was very quiet.

Nice and clean apartment with everything that we needed. Very clean, super helpful staff. If you are sensible to noise, there is a little street noise and noisy from the hallway and footsteps from above apartments. However everyone were very quiet in the evenings so it didn’t bother us

Hotel was great. Check-in terrible. Taxi dropped us off with our heavy luggage at the hotel, it said Smartr, the name of the hotel, but we could not see the entrance. Some people in the street kindly lead us to the hotel entrance while we struggled with our heavy cases to get to it. It was a short walk past some restaurants round a corner. When we got to the front door of the hotel, we were then stuck there unable to get in. There were items next to the door, but no means it appeared to contact someone except by phoning a number. My mobile had no roaming, so I was unable to use it. My wife did, but could only use it at a cost. Luckily the receptionist after some time appeared and let us in. However, when we later tried to find her in our stay she or anyone else was in sight anywhere at or near reception. It was a shambles. Further, there were two occassions that after going out and returning we noticed our room door was slightly ajar. Luckily nothong had been taken from our belongings. I assume that when the powerful spring on the door operated to close the door, it somehow was not able to fully that the door to catch shut. Normally, hotel doors fully shut automaticly when you leave the room. I assume our one was faulty. If reception is unmanned in the day, I had expected, we would have had some means some as an intercom to use to check in. Being left standing at the hotel entrance with heavy luggage was not what we expected on our arrival after along journey there.

Belle expérience. Les draps et serviette sont propre et en plus vous pouvez aller à la buanderie en chercher des propre. Une machine à laver et une sécheuse sont également disponible, mais souvent occupés. Le quartier est bien desservi. Toutefois, le canapé lit nécessite un nettoyage. Des instructions d’utilisation d’électroménager seront utiles.on a eu du mal à allumer la plaque chauffante.

Bon établissement

Nous avons sejourné à 4 : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L'appartement est bien. Les lits sont confortables. Par contre, bien que l'appartement soit équipé pour se faire à manger, la taille de la table et les 2 chaises ne permettent pas de manger à 4. Par ailleurs, il devrait y avoir un service de ménage quotidien ou à minima de quoi aspirer et frotter car quand on reste 5 nuits, il faut pouvoir nettoyer. Sur demande sur whatsapp, nous avons pu avoir accès à un balais et à une serpillière mis a disposition (pour un temps limité) par le personnel de ménage, très gentil. Le coin n'est pas très vivant le soir, mais le centre ville reste accessible facilement à pied. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés pour nous garer gratuitement à proximité.

La peor experiencia en un hotel de nuestra vida, entran a la habitación antes de tiempo, no hay nadie en recepción y entras mucho más tarde, muy muy mal todo NO recomiendo este lugar a nadie
