I stayed at Valarin Residence for a few days and had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view over Lake Como. The pool area was one of my favorite spots to relax, especially after a day exploring the surroundings. The wellness area and gym are also a great bonus—modern, well-maintained, and with an amazing view. The location is perfect: close to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and private at the same time. You can really feel the exclusive and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in one of Italy’s most beautiful destinations. I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful lake como views but some drawbacks

Pros - Amazing views of Lake Como - Private Large well equipped balcony with 180 degree views of the lake with retractable awning - clean - Very effective air conditioning in living area and bedrooms - Large comfortable beds with black outs - shared access to Lovely pool area - Car parking space - Responsive property manager - Very quiet residential area - Great for a small family or a couple - Slow EV charger for everyone’s use- as long as your neighbours don’t park in it for 3 days :-( - Communal Washing machine and dryer Cons - Large crane and construction immediately in front of the property which we were not informed of - You need a car. The property is quite far up a steep hill with no pavements so if you have a pram or need help with walking this probably isn’t the place for you. Very few amenities nearby but this makes it a very quiet place to be which can also be good! - Kitchen is not very well equipped. If you’re staying for more than 2 nights you’ll need to replenish toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc - Weak wifi - sometimes didn’t work at all - Our water was turned off for a few hours one morning with no notice.
