I can only thank the staff of this establishment for the treatment my wife, our little one, and I received during our stay. The staff was always very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with every comfort. The property is truly halfway between Heroes' Square and the City Center, both easily reachable on foot. There's a small supermarket for emergencies, an excellent Italian restaurant, and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. The international breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. Truly excellent service.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable suite. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff were friendly and very helpful, great room service pizza and a wonderful location within easy walking distance of St Stephen’s one way and Heroes Square the other. Budapest is an amazing city and we had a wonderful week at this hotel!
