Veramente una pessima struttura. Camere molto vecchie e maltenute. Puzza di fumo nei corridoi, moquette sporca, bagni vecchi di almeno 30 anni e sporchi. Servizio colazione molto molto risicato in un bar adiacente. Uniche note positive il personale gentile e disponibile e il parcheggio coperto (seppur fatiscente). Non ci tornerei.

Struttura vecchia, illuminazione nei corridoi con lampade fulminate. Durante la notte fuori dalla camera c'è stata una forte discussione tra una donna ed un uomo, parlavano una lingia straniera. La porta delle scale esterne di emergenza (adiacente alla mia camera) era aperta, pertanto non so neanche se fossero clienti dell'hotel o persone entrate dall'esterno. Nottata in bianco.

Decadente. Indecoroso per un 3S

Non si capisce come faccia a mantenere le 3 stelle, che forse poteva avere negli anni ‘60. Definirlo squallido è un eufemismo. Tra i servizi basilari c’ Solo il parcheggio, dove le auto moderne neanche riescono a manovrare, forse andava bene per le prime 500. Sporcizia, vecchiume, puzza e una colazione da incubo. 4 cornetti in croce rimasti dal bar di fianco il giorno prima, se non vecchi di 2 o 3 giorni. Caffè portato su un bicchierino di plastica per mano di un addetto. Tovaglie sporche, locale squallido. Categorizzare questa struttura è davvero difficile. Non entrate in ascensore se siete deboli di stomaco. Bagni vecchi, rubinetteria ossidata e occlusa dal calcare. Il vero problema è che una struttura così abbisognerebbe solo di un minimo di manutenzione e buona volontà per apparire almeno decente. Neanche il prezzo basso per Roma giustifica le condizioni del cosiddetto hotel. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza dalla metto.

Già dall'ingresso nell'Hotel si vede quanto sia sciatto. Il tappeto di ingresso è sporco, reception poco accogliente. Pavimenti e mura, sia dei corridoi sia della stanza, nolto trascurati: sporchi, mattonelle rotte, carta da parati strappati, copriletto usurato, presa elettrica del bagno malandata, box doccia rotto. Televisore in stanza con tubo catodico non funzionante, frigorifero non funzionante (che poi hanno sostituito). Colazione tristissima e per nulla invitante. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma ho visto hotel ad 1 stella migliori di questo. Ho pagato poco, ma comunque sempre troppo. Da un hotel 3 stelle mi apsetto molto di meglio. Peccato perché la struttura è grande ed è vicino la metro (CINECITTà), comodo da raggiungere

Positivo la pulizia, e la vicinanza dalla metro Cinecittà. Stanza pulita anche se con mobili e soprattutto bagno davvero molto datati. Pareti di carta si sentono tutti i rumori sia dalla strada che dalle camere di fianco, altri ospiti stranieri molto maleducati. Personale solo buon giorno e nessun altro tipo di interessamento. Abbiamo trovato una sera la stanza aperta e non ci hanno nemmeno chiesto se ci mancava qualcosa. La televisione non funzionava ed è stata subito cambiata con una nuova, invece i cuscini in più sono arrivati dopo due giorni. La colazione niente a che vedere con un tre stelle non vorrei aggiungere altro.

Struttura non da tre stelle, camera ampia ma vecchia, poco curata nell'arredamento e con biancheria lisa. Colazione minima e poco varia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Plus il parcheggio coperto gratuito e la vicinanza alla metro di cinecittà. Costosa per tipo di camera e servizio offerto.

What was good about nothing in its hayday 40 years+it may have been good but know the shower doors were all broken the handles fell of the doors nothing bad been change in the rooms since the 1960 one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at would recommend you take it off your web site

Seule la proximité du métro de la ligne A valait

L'Hôtel a été d'un certain standing, à une époque forcément liée au cinéma Italien. La proximité d'une station de métro pour se rendre au centre de Rome était parfaite, Le restaurant (pizzéria) attenant était très quelconque, et pas très entretenu. (on nous a servi le premier soir n'importe quoi, que nous n'avions pas commandé, comme si le cuisinier servait ce qui l'arrangeait !!! Nous n'y sommes jamais retourné, sauf pour le petit déjeuner qui faisait partie des prestations liées à la chambre. Quand à l'hôtel accueil charmant, mais chambres manquant véritablement d'entretiens de rénovations, (aucune chaise pour s'asseoir (nous en avons du en demander une à la réception) réception télévision absolument exécrable, aucune chaîne numérique, contrairement à leurs prestations offertes, vieux poste de télévision( pas d'écran plat!) étions nous dans le style de chambre correspondant à notre demande? Peu d'autres clients dans l'Hôtel.

Hotel mit dem Charme eines vergangenen Glanzes

Wie der Name es verspricht, liegt das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe von Roms Filmstadt. Das spiegelt sich im Haus an allen Wänden wider. Das Haus liegt ca 9 km von der City entfernt ist aber über die Metro gut zuerreichen. Dem Hotel geht es, wie dem italienischen Film, füher war alles besser. Alles in Ordnung aber für heutige Ansprüche zu verwohnt, dafür sauber und freundliche Ansprache durch das Personal. Ich würde wieder buchen, aber bitte beachten, auch meine Glanzzeiten liegen im Gestren!

Hôtel scandaleux, personnel volontaire !!

Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 3 étoiles, ni même d'un deux ou une étoile d'ailleurs ! Situé dans une cité à l'avant dernier arrêt de la ligne A, les couloirs sentent la cigarette malgré des panneaux interdisant de fumer à tous les étages. Je ne sais pas combien nous avons payé le "petit-déjeuner", mais tout était infect, et "tout" est un grand mot, pour désigner de l'omelette froide, des confitures aigres, des pâtisseries gâtées ! La propreté des chambres et des sanitaires est scandaleuse (poils et cheveux, poussière, j'en passe !), la clé ouvre toutes les chambres, matelas mou, puant la poussière, couverture, dessus de lit, serviettes de toilettes mités et troués par des cigarettes. Le sèche cheveux surchauffe, les fenêtres ferment mal (bruits de la rue en permanence et odeurs du café situé dessous), et nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude le dernier soir ! Cependant, la réception a bien voulu nous changer de chambre (nous avons échangé une douche pour une baignoire, mais gagné un lit mou et poussiéreux) et imprimer les documents dont nous avions besoin à tout moment. En bref : à éviter !!!!!!
