Our room was clean and very quiet! Nice parking area. I wish the signage on the outside of the street was better and I did have a little difficulty identifying the property. I lov d the location in Little Italy. Walking distance to some tea nice restaurants.

Everything was as expected. The room has a portable AC unit not central AC ( which can be noisy for some) No instructions provided on how to get into the property for checking in. I was fortunate another resident let me in.

The staff was great! I mistakenly selected the wrong time for my checkout. The staff took great care of my belongings until I returned and were very professional while explaining my faux pas. Even though they did not have any additional availability they helped me navigate a very stressful situation and I appreciated that.

The room was clean, and the shower was fantastic. The bathroom did not have a sink, so you used the kitchenette sink. The common areas were nice. The "self-paking" was misleading . You have to pay to park, or find a parking space e on the street, and note which nights you have to move for the street cleaning.

Parking was easy and secure. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable and clean. Towels and sheets were great. Community kitchen looked great too but I didn’t use it. Nice big fridge in room.
