Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.

Clean, delicate and spacious apartment with a great view (firework and Kiss Bridge). Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, also with traditional Vietnamese food. Frequently used the gym as well, so that was a lovely bonus. They even picked us up from our first hotel stay on the island and drove us to the airport when we were leaving. For us this was a great place to stay while we explored the island on our own. Communication beforehand and during the stay was also very good. Would stay again.

Comfortable apartment with nice view over the neighbouring forest, this was very enjoyable. Practical balcony and washing machine, also well equipped kitchen. Fails a bit on the side of cleanliness, although bedding was great, the towels always had stains on them, also kitchenware did not feel exactly clean. Bed was very comfortable and when we had extra requests get answers quite soon.

The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy. Quality of bed and linens very poor. In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund. Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

We spent an hour sending messages about the correct location of the hotel. Anyway, this is not hotel. It is a residence building on the hillside. Have to use stairway or escalators going up from Starbucks to the building. On hotles.com, they show their location is incorrect. Location would be the three big buildings when you see from Starbucks and cable car station. Room is similar with pictures from hotels.com. however, the lobby is on 3rd floor and no reception, just a security booth. The three building are named The Sky, The Sea and The Hill. If you book them, please comfirm the correct address, you will be lost at the area.

I just checked out and had a really great stay here. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and smelled fresh. Everything was prepared thoughtfully. The balcony has an amazing ocean view — watching the sunset in the evening was beautiful, and at night we could even see the fireworks, which made the experience really special. One of the things I appreciated most was the host’s support. Whenever I needed help or had questions, they responded very quickly and were extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room is new, quiet, and perfect for relaxing during a vacation. If I come back to Phu Quoc in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to my friends. Thank you to the host for such a pleasant stay!

The Sky 、The Sea 、The Hill
