terrible experience. do not stay there

It was horrible. check in was a nightmare. we left early the next day. we were supposed to stay 4 days. unclean. all of our allergies flared up. i am fighting the credit card charge.

Everything was good, just needs to update the furniture, the dining table was old and so were the chairs, the TVs were small. The bathroom was nice and I liked that you can enter to the bathroom from the kitchen and from the bedroom. The balcony was beautiful view but it was dirty and burnt marks on the balcony.

the staff was nice except one lady gave us attitude when we got locked out of our apartment to run down to our car before we ran out of time to purchase tickets. i understand you have to be careful but she did not listen to me and gave snotty remarks. the view was AMAZING and the apartment is very spacious but they chose such tiny furniture it was very echoey. needs rugs and pictures maybe a fake plant. just was a sad space. the beds were hard as heck so if that’s your thing sleep here but i couldn’t be comfortable with that stiff of a bed.

The furniture in apartment 810 needs real attention. The sofa needs replacing the dining room table is warped, the apartment needs a paint job, the garbage disposal needs to be repaired. It’s not a very clean environment. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen too. There are burn rings on counters IT Needs Love

you guys charged me For not returning the keys in the door pass but I did and you guys charge me for smoking in the room when I never smoked in the room. You guys also have my man outside in the lobby and just his boxers no T-shirt for 45 minutes while he was locked out of the room this is absolutely ridiculous I demand a refund worst customer service ever.

This was a very nice place to stay. Wish there would have been a few more dishes for a family of four needed to run the dishwasher every evening. Thats vacatio though. With COVID the pool was closed and it was a corporate decision. Most other pools were open and that should have been a location decisio. With staffing. Would have been nice with the weather in the high 80's and 90's. Social distancing could be done for that just like everything else.

I really appreciated the customer service here. The only thing is I had issues with the cleanness of the room (which they had no problem switching me to) amenities were old and out to date. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but would recommend it if you’re just looking for a place to crash at night. Also , they had nothing in the drink machine! I was thirsty as heck one night .
