It was very nice accommodation and perfect for our family. The breakfast was very nice and fresh and the family loved it. The host, Katarina gave us great guidance and information and we are very satisfied with our stay. We clearly recommend a stay with The Homeboat Company in Cagliari.

Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer. Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on small ladder. Second had pull out double bed that would have obstructed bathroom access. So didn't pull it out, slept one on sofa instead which worked well very comfortable. Considering small space a reduction of clutter (small decorations) would be advisable. Little plants decorations etc just get in the way. The pictures in the bathroom might be replaced for badly needed towel hooks. Access to dock is locked so have to yell through fence to office boat. Or call if you have phone service. The check in instructions are not clear from the platform. The contact method is not specified. the office location is not apparent, the entrance gate to the office is securely locked (which is ok however, not accessible to get to the office) even for repeat customers. Some marina and dog walking noises at night and excessive noise throughout the night by the late light partiers. White noise is recommended during summer nights.

Dadurch das wir so früh im Jahr gebucht hatten haben wir einen wirklich ansprechenden Preisvorteil erhalten. Die Lage ist Top, die Unterkunft ist kleiner als auf den Fotos anzunehmen ist, wer Camping oder Homemobiling mag kommt auf seine Kosten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und das Team vor Ort ist einfach nur super.

Sehr originelle, saubere Unterkunft auf einem schwimmenden Hausboot, mal was völlig anderes. Nach vorne hinaus gab es eine kleine, überdachte Terrasse, wo man schön frühstücken konnte, nach hinten hinaus hatte man den Blick auf das Hafenbecken und die vielen Segelboote und die Möglichkeit, über eine Leiter nach oben auf eine wunderbare Sonnenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Hängematte und anderen Sitz und Legemöglichkeiten hinauf zu klettern. Der Raum ist natürlich etwas begrenzt und man muss sich etwas organisieren, aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat und sich gut sortiert hat, ist wirklich für alles gesorgt. Dusche und Toilette funktionieren wunderbar und es war für uns ein ausziehbar Doppelbett vorhanden. Das Hausboot besteht aus zwei Räumen und Badezimmer / Toillette. Nach vorne hinaus eine Art Wohnzimmer inklusive Wohnküche. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr gut zurecht gekommen und das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück, dass uns zur gewünschten Zeit jeden Morgen in einem Korb gebracht wurde und man hatte die Möglichkeit, auch Sonderwünsche einzureichen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, für den allerdings der Vermieter überhaupt nichts konnte, war, dass während unserer Urlaubswoche gleichzeitig vor unserer Haustür ein Schnellbootrennen stattfand und entsprechend laut war. Das Angebot an sich ist aber sehr originell und schon was besonderes und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig ok.

Sistemazione molto tipica, come essere in una barca. La dotazione delle attrezzature è completa. Certo, bisogna adattarsi perché non sei in un albergo, quindi la doccia è un po' piccola, non cìè il bidet, devi rifarti il letto da solo, gli spazi sono ristretti. Ma vuoi mettere la posizione proprio dentro al porto di Cagliari? Buona ed abbondante la colazione che ti portano all'ora concordata ed il frigo-bar è molto fornito. Il massimo è poter prendere il sole su tetto della homeboat attrezzato con sedia, sdraio ed amaca.
