Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
At first, there is no reception. While contacting them on the phone, they informed us that they do not find our booking. Then, they reached out via the Expedia chat to inform us that we were relocated to Palma Village Hotel with breakfast which was not good, far from the beach (which was important for us) and we had to go there by our own means. The room was not clean, the shower was broken and the maintenance guy came to fix it with an aggressive attitude. The hotel is full of insects which was unpleasant. It was a bad experience overall - not recommended.
