We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. A solid choice for anyone looking for a cozy, self-contained stay in the city!

really nice room and good location. We only needed the curtains to be fully drawn, so it was dark. An extra bedside table and a couple of bedside lamps would be good. A little more cutlery would be desirable. But all in all a good experience and nice with the underground parking.

I booked a Superior—1 bedroom—balcony (Air Conditioning) by chance since this room lacked pictures. But it was all good and according to my expectations. The breakfast bag provided arrived between 8 and 9 a.m., a little late for me since it was a business trip. Otherwise, it was all good. I would stay here again.

Indications très claires pour l’accès à l’appartement. À deux pas de la gare de Glowny et près de la vieille ville de Cracovie (se fait très bien à pied). Arrêt de tramway à proximité. Cuisine équipée des choses de base mais on peut se débrouiller sans problèmes. Seul point pour amélioration: un rideau de douche aurait été apprécié ainsi que des linges à vaisselle
