Lovely clean condo and beautiful grounds. Great service at the beach and front desk. Quiet and peaceful. We didn’t rent a car, everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Luxurious accommodation with beautiful views! Nice uncrowded pool and beach chairs! You buy your own food at Safeway, but it saves you money and you get exactly what you want. It’s so much better than paying $60 a person for a breakfast buffet at the Kea Lani. We chose to skip breakfast there.😂 On our last leg of the trip we both wished we would have picked the Villas over the Kea Lani. It was so much more pleasant at the Villas! The Villas even had an ocean view adults only pool that you didn’t have to fight for a pool chair at 6 am

We loved the proximity to the beach. The grounds are so beautifully manicured. Our unit exceeded our expectations and is one of the most welll stocked kitchens. Loved everything about this place! The staff are amazing!

We had such an amazing time at the Wailea Beach Villas. The resort is beautiful, the location is ideal and the staff was incredible! We’ve stayed here two other times and love coming back. Our unit was gorgeous and very clean! It was equipped with more than we needed. Highly recommend Wailea Beach Villas!

Family Loved It

The WB Villas are fantastic "ApartHotels" complete with all the trappings & comfort of our own home, particularly in the kitchen. The property is more of an adult resort with only one small 'family' pool while the larger pool near the beach is adults only. Our unit was furnished for adults, but with over 3,000 sq ft of space, easy to make do. 3-star on communication due to no calls answered or returned without our going to front desks, after which time staff was very courteous & responsive. All other categories 5-stars.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The penthouse was very clean and well maintained. The entire property is beautiful. The property is also very secure. There is direct access to the beach and direct access to the Shops at Wailea. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We received a different room that was booked so ended up needing some roll-away beds. There is no restaurant at the property nor any drinks pool.beach side...that kinds sucked. Otherwise it was great
