Very easy and efficient self check-in. Good location, easy walking distance to the old town and airport bus a few minted down the street. Good comfortable room and washroom ,and convenient kitchenette.

Room was nice and clean. The house keeper could be a little hard to locate at times; however, she was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchenette was practical and useful adding to relaxed evenings. The view was nice, though it got a bit noisy with traffic no and then.

Excellent location. Beautiful well equipped apartment. We had a sea view apartment and there was a lot of noise from the road outside. I don't think it should be advertised as accommodation with parking as you are just using the very few spots on the public road. Parking is a nightmare!! We nearly always had to spend a lot of time driving the area to find a space. This was a huge negative for us.

such a great location, close to everything without being too busy. the hill outside is very steep though! parking was a bit of a struggle on the first night but easy to find street parking - just watch out for the ‘M’ parking spaces that are for locals only. the room was a good size, nice facilities. mini fridge, electric hob & cooking utensils should you need them. room was cleaned every 2-3 days which was all we needed the pool was a great added touch. communication with the host was quick and helpful, answered all questions i had. smooth & easy check in, and check out isn’t ‘til 12 midday which was great. overall, a lovely stay. highly recommend :)

Great stay

Great stay - v clean and comfortable room especially the bed ( great nights sleep). Small kitchenette perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. Only downside it is, like many places to stay in Madeira, up quite a steep hill from the old town but there is a beautiful park to stop and rest in on the way back. Would definitely stay here again.

The suite was great, all as described with a great sea view and a pool; it had everything that was needed, cleaning was regular. The only thing - the doors to the bathroom didn’t close, it wasn’t a big issue for us, but it could be for some.
