The amenities are aged . The heater is noisy and woke me up at 5.47am with non stop ‘Tak Tak ‘ noise . The washer dryer combo machine take a Long time to complete one cycle, it’s not energy and time efficient

We booked two nights for our family of 5 adults and have really enjoyed our stay there. Very spacious 2 bedroom suite and nicely done up with full amenities, clean and tidy. Overall very satisfied with the service though initially amenities like towels, etc was not provided sufficiently, but staff was quick to respond. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful, especially during our check-in.

Very spacious living and dining area. The toilet is shared among the 2 bedrooms, so be sure to lock the other connecting door when you visit the toilet. Generally clean. Receptionists are helpful. Generally value for money, although it's not located in the heart of the city centre. However, parking at the hotel costs $10/day so do take note if you have a car.

Great stay

The hotel is amazing, with water feature in the court yard. Arrived only at 4pm, n still lots of carpark spaces. The parking lot is allocated at reception at a safe, 2-storey gated car park. Stayed at the family room, which is spacious n comes complete with kitchenette n washing machine n a balcony. There's a instruction sheet on the washing machine, it keeps to read that first b4 attempting the washing. Experience is that the wash takes rather long.. Otherwise, very happy with the stay.

Great overall

Overall was great especially service. However, kitchen could have been better equipped (bigger pots, more cups, more utensils) and toilet could have been made more sound proof (if possible?) since it is a shared toilet.

To improve on TV network & dryer capability

TV network was not working. And dryer in room took more than 2 hrs. But we were given a room change promptly. But still, the TV network freeze & stop working after a minute or so...even after restarting. And clothes were damp after the drying process.

Double charging

Every was good except the hotel double charged me. I booked based on payment by hotel and secured by credit card. At the hotel, I made the full payment during checkin as requested by the front desk but after I checked out, the hotel continued to charge me the room rate on my credit card used to secure the room. I ended up paying twice. If you want to book this hotel, I would strongly advise you select payment upfront to avoid the same problem.

Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. It is an older facility, which shows in some areas, but it is kept very clean and well maintained. Our only negative was that there was no air conditioning in the suit. At night, we didn't want to leave the porch door open, as we had young children with us. So the suite became very hot and stuffy.
