We loved here so much we’ve stayed twice. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartments in a grand building just off the ring. Walking distance to museums and the palace. Everything you need in the kitchen plus a much appreciated washing machine. Stay here to feel like you live in Vienna.

The glasses were dirty, the electricity in the room didn’t work. I appreciate you offered to fix it but we were there for 2-days and spending hours with some of your maintenance men as going to take away from our time to enjoy the city.

Definitely recommend this place!

We felt so at home in this apartment! Clear check in instructions, very comfortable beds, working washing machine, amazing view. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Amazing Property!

Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. We travelled with family so we had two apartments open together. Close to the Votive Church.

The aprtment was very nice and very clean. Altough we never met the owner they always respond to our quuries promptly. Will definitely recomend these apartments. Location was also very nice.

This property is beautiful, it looks exactly as it appears on pictures. They quickly answer all our questions. The only thing I could recommend is adding a pan in the kitchen.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area

This was an excellent apartment. Easy check in. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Very airy and full of light. The location near the Votive Church is a beautiful and safe area with an easy 25 minute walk into the city centre. A “hop oh hop off on” tour bus stop is 5 minutes walk away in front of the Votive Church. There are plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk including a number of kebab shops and Chinese take aways. There is a reasonably sized Billa supermarket a few minutes walk away. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great apartments and good location, but maintenance issues kind of ruined the experience - severe drainage problems in both showers and also 2 occasions of misfunctioned elevator while we were traveling with 2 infants and 2 strollers and the apartment was on the 6th floor...

The property offered a lot of space, which was nice, but only had one toilet for 6 people. The shower in the master also had no door and the water went all over the floor - so unusable completely. it was also showing heavy wear and tear inside - back door (huge. tall glass door) came off hinge completely while there and almost fell on my 9-year-old. The air conditioners also didn't work until the last night of our stay when someone came into replace a part. Definitely needs some updating and Maintenace done to the apartment to make it fully functional as a rental.

Decidedly mediocre. Booked with Orbitz. Upon arrival told me they do not accept AMEX. Booked with AMEX. Offered the option of e-mailing my credit card info to an unknown account or traveling downtown to their office. Tried to call the office. No answer. Needed to get an Austrian attorney friend to deal with the issue. POOR COMMUNICATION The apartment is old, worn, poorly maintained, and not very clean. AC units leaked showers flooded. WHY? Drains full of hair. Not worth the hassle or worth the money. Not recommended.

The place is great and the apartment is nice but we have had all the following problems : @ the air conditioning system is very noisy. We are obliged to turn it off in the living room and the bedroom. As a consequence the high temperature prevent us to sleep well. We informed the team immediately but nothing was done. @ the key cards was desactivated when we came back to the apartment at night. When we phoned to team, the phone call stopped automaticaly before I can speak to someone. It was a source of stress until I succeeded to reach someone. @ during one night (at 01h20 AM) we heard a big beep every 30 seconds in the living room. It was the smoke detector. I had to climb on a chair to take it down and to remove the battery.

No wifi/cable, no view (not as in photos).

This was such a disappointing stay. Travelling with two teens, having Wifi and the TV working is essential. Neither worked. The remote control was also either not working (in one room) and missing entirely in the other. We arrived Thursday and left Sunday. During that period I must have sent 10 emails and wasted half of Friday waiting for a technician to attend at the unit (as their office is not near the actual building). When the technician came they confirmed what we already knew, and couldn’t find an appropriate remote control for the TV in our room. They said they’d return with the correct one, they didn’t. They said they’d contact the internet carrier, but said nothing would happen until Monday due to the holiday. This is nonsense as Austria is a very sophisticated country and each cable and internet company has tech support 24/7. Beyond the TV and wifi, we didn’t get the unit we thought we were getting - it wasn’t the same 3 bedroom as in the photos. It had NO VIEW at all from any of the windows. We were told that we didn’t ask for a view! There was loud construction noise, be careful. Also, a door was broken (not major but make sure you check the whole unit upfront so they don’t accuse you of brewing anything as it’s a hefty deposit). There’s no left luggage. Check out is 11 (they knocked at 10:45) and our flight was at 5pm. With all the issues, they didn’t even offer a discount on total stay as we certainly did not get what we paid for. I wish we stayed elsewhere.

最上階に5泊しました。予約してからのメール対応にとても安心感を覚えました。3名で3ベッドルーム、それもキングサイズ！ストレスフリー。バスタブ付きで、シャワールームも別にいくつかあり、洗面台も3つで快適に過ごせました。洗濯機が使いやすかったです。唯一、2フロアだったのが観光で歩き回った身体にはしんどかった。笑。あと、トイレが一つなので、これ以上人数多いと大変だと思います。 夏には近所の市庁舎でフィルムフェスティバルが開催されてるので、毎日美味しいご飯がいただけました！ホテルの目の前にはアンカーのパン屋さん。徒歩圏内に2件スーパーもあって自炊もなんでもできます！屋上テラスでのディナーも最高でした！
