Ótimo lugar, boa vista.

O hotel é bom, tem piscina, churrasqueira, tem uma vista legal da praia em todos os andares. O quarto é muito limpo, tem Cooktop, microondas, sanduicheira, cama king, tv com Netflix, uma varanda ótima. Tem duas coisas apenas que talvez possam incomodar um pouco, mas pra mim não foram problemas: a porta do banheiro não tem tranca, e não tem limpeza diária gratuita, ela custa 50 reais se quiser pedir a parte. Ficamos 4 dias, e no último já estava bem sujo por conta da areia.

Localidade boa mas precisa de reforma...

Perto do centro de Pipa. Quantos às instalações as mesmas precisam de uma reforma e faltam ítens básicos na cozinha. Apt fica na parte de cima da garagem e de 5h da manhã fomos acordados com alto volume do motor de uma moto esportiva.

O flat que ficamos precisa passar por uma reforma e troca de alguns móveis. Mas o que realmente incomodou foi o barulho. O lugar é de ótima localização, porém o barulho e a noite e madrugada toda. Não há controle pela recepção de pessoas que ligam o som alto.

O flat fica próximo a praia, não precisa de carro para percorrer os principais pontos turísticos. O quarto do flat é enorme composto por cozinha, um quarto separado do quarto principal e uma varanda charmosa com rede, mesa e cadeiras. Boa estrutura, quarto excelentes, com todo conforto e equipamentos necessários, me senti realmente em casa, porém, uma aparência de pouco cuidada, bom atendimento, localização excelente, mas precisa melhorar na melhor exploração da sua própria estrutura que aparenta um certo abandono, muita formiga no quarto e cozinha, areia na área da piscina, além de não fornecer o café da manhã e serviço de Bar na piscina.
