The Oasis by Don Carlos Resort offers 35 accommodations with minibars and a safe. Beds feature down duvets. Great experience

The Oasis bears its name well. It really is an oasis of luxury and wellness. The room is large and well appointed. We also enjoyed the healthy and tasty treats of the breakfast. The spa is gorgeous. A special mention to the staff (Patricia, Gracia, Johanna and Alicia) who is exceptional. Our experience would have been even better if the Oasis guests could enjoy a private pool. Unfortunately the heated outdoor pool (not "adults only" ) shared with the Don Carlos hotel as well as the beach do not offer the same standing. The gardens though are wonderful and the pool area by the beach is pleasant with an area dedicated to Oasis guests.

La pire nuit d’hôtel de tout notre séjour en Andalousie. Arrivés en fin de journée, impossible de profiter des installations (piscines, spa, beach club) de l’hôtel qui ferment tôt - on nous a communiqué des horaires, qui plus est, étaient faux. Et réouverture seulement en fin de matinée après l’heure du check-out, donc si vous venez que pour une nuitée, cet hôtel n’est pas du tout l’idéal. Et sinon, une NUIT HORRIBLE au niveau nuisance. Les portent de chambre ne sont pas isolées. Nous avons été réveillés par le claquement des portes voisines TOUTE la nuit. Des gens qui criaient (disputes) dans les couloirs. Des voisins au dessus qui déplaçaient des meubles au milieu de la nuit à plusieurs reprises. Une nuit cauchemardesque. Au check-out, on a rendu les cartes des chambres et on nous a juste dit que tout est en ordre et bonne journée. Aucune question de savoir si notre « séjour » c’était bien passé. Concernant le prix, nous avons pris une offre avec un supplément de 202.- pour la demi-pension (hors boissons) qui est donc juste le dîner. Le choc lorsqu’au restaurant, le menu de la demi-pension était de 55.-/personne !!! Nous avons donc payé 100.- de plus dans le vide ! Par dessus, nous avons dû faire valoir notre offre à la réception de l’hôtel en arrivant qui n’avait rien mentionné lors du check-in ni expliqué à quoi cela consistait et encore une fois au restaurant qui ne savait pas non plus qu’on avait une demi-pension. Une usine impersonnelle.

L’hôtel a 10 ans, et pour autant il paraît tout neuf. Il est très bien entretenu, les équipements sont à la hauteur de la description. Je dirais même que les photos ne rendent pas justice aux prestations. La suite était magnifique, très confortable, et la terrasse avec la vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne. Le personnel était aux petits soins notamment Andrea et Daniela, qui ont été mes agents secrets pour l’anniversaire surprise de mon mari. Je les remercie chaleureusement!! Petit bémol: le restaurant de l’hôtel, le Bahia, ne nous a pas séduit et la literie était un peu ferme à notre goût. Autrement, le spa, la piscine et son restaurant Pool&Loop (délicieux, on s’est régalé!!), les jardins et l’accès direct à la plage sont un vrai plus pour cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11h30, ça c’est génial!! En buffet ET à la carte sans supplément. Nous avons vraiment retrouver le côté spa Wellness recherché pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Oasis for relax

A great place with comfortable solutions. A dedicated wellness and spa inside the Oasis structure separate from the main hotel with complementary breakfast in a quiet place. Really good service close to the beach. Internal gym and tennis courts. A nice beach club with plenty of space to rest and relax.

A great stay out of season

We visited Don Carlos out of season but still had a fantastic stay. The service provided was amazing and while quieter there were still a few activities to keep us entertained (painting, tennis, DJ). The food was excellent throughout (especially the breakfast spread) and the service at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. We would definitely return and stay again.

Verkligen känslan av en oas i vardagen! Rummet och utsikten var fantastisk! Frukosten superfräsch med färsk frukt och ekologiska produkter. Städningen topp-klass!
