Generally good

The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. This location is not in town and not walkable but Uber helps. There are only stairs to the lift so if you have large suitcases like I did it takes some effort. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed during my stay.

Ich finden für diesen Preis pro Nacht darf mann mehr erwarten. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr geräumig und gross. Jedoch merkt man z.b im Bad einige kleine Details die besser sein könnten. Das Bett sich nicht bequem und ich hatte angst das es jeden Moment zusammenfällt, auch der TV im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr schade

Comfortable and friendly hotel

Friendly and fast check-in. Room very comfortable, pastéis de nata and chocolates on tray. (Plus bottle of wine for VIP Access property.) Free snacks and drink in reception. A couple of niggles, all sorted very quickly by contacting reception - no instructions for operating combined oven/microwave; bathroom fan, although switched off, came on when we got back at night and we couldn't stop it; touch panel next to entry door was not mentioned, not sure what the uses were; no bathrobes, but these could be requested free of charge; a j-cloth would have been useful to wipe the sink. I emailed after I returned home and had a lovely reply thanking me for my comments and suggestions. Location was great - 3 minutes from Benfica stadium, and about 10 minutes to an excellent shopping centre and another 5 minutes to the Hospital da Luz. A very positive experience akin to an aparthotel, and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Upon Lisbon! The hotel is perfectly located next to the Benfica stadium which makes it very easy if you are attending a game. The hotel is a little farther from the city, so if you want a more central hotel don’t choose this one. Overall, I really loved the hotel and would stay again!

High standard hotel

It started to smell like cigarette in our room that apparently came from ventilation. We discussed the matter with reception and the offered a room change to similar one where smell wasn’t an issue. I would recommend them for their flexibility!

Es war insgesamt gut – die Nähe zum Stadion und zu Colombo ist ein Pluspunkt. Allerdings müssten die Zimmer dringend renoviert werden. Der Boden war stark beschädigt, das Holz völlig abgenutzt. Obwohl ich vorab darum gebeten hatte, die Betten zu trennen, war dies nicht umgesetzt worden. Ein weiteres Problem: Nach dem Spiel (ca. 22:45)wollten wir im Restaurant essen, doch die Kellnerin sagte, es sei nur bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet. Später so um 23:30 Uhr sahen wir jedoch Gäste, die noch speisten. Eine einheitliche Behandlung aller Gäste wäre wünschenswert.

Wonderful hotel outside of downtown Lisbon! We wanted to stay somewhere between Sintra, downtown, and the airport and this was the perfect spot. Although, the non-refundable policy is quite annoying, and we ended up paying for 2 nights, but only needing 1, the hotel was safe, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Since we paid for 2 nights, they ended up upgrading us as well :) With a packed schedule, I'm so sad we missed going to the pool, but will come back again!
