The property is very conveniently located, very close to Las Olas Boulevard and at New River. It’s ample enough for four people. However it would be nice to improve the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and ware. The bathrooms are outdated and could be a little more modern.

The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. The hotel was not clean at all and did not resemble the pictures. Very dark and not lit at all in the outside. The bathtub was disgusting and the knob fell off when I went to go turn the shower on.
