The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. For the price, we felt this property was really good value. The apartment was clean, spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, you get a free parking spot included, there is a washer/dryer, the WiFi worked great, and it’s in a great location just across the water from Las Olas and a short drive to the beach. I also felt it was a safe neighborhood as the building is on a street with gorgeous waterfront mansions. The communication and responsiveness of the management company is outstanding. And it was probably the easiest/best checkout process of any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in (no stripping beds, bringing garbage anywhere, etc….you just leave!). I will also say it’s a very old building and the apartment does have lots of signs of age with cracks, scratches, peeling paint, etc. So if you want something newer and more upscale then spend more money for a nicer place, but if like us, you want something less expensive that has a kitchen, parking, living space, and is clean and safe and in a good location (and you understand you are not staying at the Four Seasons), then this place fits the bill.
