Great apartment in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île

Second visit to these apartments, staff are brilliant. Apartments are clean and tidy. Pool isn’t heated but it’s perfect for the hot weather, we were always able to get a lounger and had lots of fun days by the pool. Highly recommend using their service for bakery items delivered to reception. Lovely beach down the road and not too far of a walk into town. Lidls isn’t far away. We loved the table tennis table. I would recommend bringing an air fryer if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we found it a lot easier to use this.

Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other reviews make sure you have your own cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper and spare toilet rolls. There are plenty of places to shop nearby for these. Swimming pool was pleasant, sometimes a bit chilly in September (about 25 degrees Celsius) but can imagine is very refreshing on a hot day. They supply baby equipment for free but bedrooms were small leaving almost no room for a cot, we had to move the bed up against the wall to fit a cot in our room. The baby bath also looked like it had taken a trip to the beach and not been cleaned! Overall it was a good value stay and we had a lovely time, just don’t expect perfection.

Die Unterkunft wirkte schlecht gereinigt. Wir mussten die Betten selbst beziehen. Die Bettwäsche (Bezüge) waren dünn/keine gute Qualität. Wir haben keine Geschirrtücher erhalten. Es gab kein Starterpaket in Form von Geschirrspülmittel, Tabs Geschirrspüler o.ä. Maximal 3 Sterne!

Excellente localisation, à 600 mètres de la plage et proche du centre. Excellentes installation pour le sport, piscine chauffée et de bonne taille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Très bon séjour dans un duplex ! Nous avons été surclassé ! Très bien équipé mais literie un peu dure à mon goût. Petit nécessaire de toilette et cuisine (produit vaisselle, éponge, ...) serait très bien !

Super séjour. Le logement correspond à la description. La résidence est calme et très bien situé. On ne se sent pas à l'étroit pourtant la résidence était presque pleine. Pensez à prendre votre minimum de cuisine (éponge, torchon, produit vaisselle).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Très calme. Ce qui est appréciable lorsque l'on a un bébé de 5 mois. La literie est tout à fait correcte. Nous regrettons tout de même que les lits ne soient pas fait à notre arrivée. De plus, manque table et fer à repasser pour un logement prestige. Sinon, le logement est très bien situé. Proche centre-ville et surtout à deux pas de la plage des dames et de la plage de l'anse rouge. Nous apprecions aussi la piscine.

Pratique Trés bon accueil à la reception avec surclassement du fait de notre déception d'avoir trouvé un canapé convertible dans le studio en guise de couchage. Point négatif descriptif insuffisant des meubles et accessoires. Déco très succinte un peu froid.

Bonjour, au regard des prestations annoncées et du prix dans la fourchette haute, je dois avouer que j'ai été déçu de l'appartement. En effet, la terrasse n'a pas été balayé depuis .... plusieurs semaines voire plusieurs mois. Le placard de chambre était bloqué en position ouverte, et une ampoule de la chambre était hors service. De plus une grosse fissure était bien présente sur le mur côté salon.Le seul point positif est que la piscine était chauffée et que la résidence est calme.

Court séjour très bien !

Nous étions déjà venus, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit et elle fut à la hauteur de nos espérances : les appartements sont très biens, vastes, quasi neufs et agréables. Point négatifs : - Devoir faire TOUS les lits en arrivant (quelle galère les housses de couette !) - La piscine ferme trop tôt (19h).. Pourquoi ne pas nous laisser y accéder le soir après une journée de visite ? - Pour les appartements duplex : pas de toilettes à l'étage (la nuit il faut descendre...) - Aucun accessoire, même pas de savon dans la sdb - Écran télé trop petit, surtout quand on regarde un match :)

séjour décevant, propreté moyenne et odeur insupportable d'urine de chat dans la salle de bain. Les 4 Etoiles affichées en gros à l'entrée ne sont pas méritées. On vous explique que c'est une question de surface de chambre, et que c'est votre faute si le problème d'odeur n'est pas résolu dans les deux jours, cependant nous en avons parlé à la femme d'entretien le lendemain de notre arrivée ... sans aucun résultat.

Un séjour très agréable

Très bon accueil. Les gros + c'est: le calme et la qualité des double- vitrages, le fait d'être à 15 minutes à pied du village et de la plage et la gentillesse du personnel. On regrettera simplement le manque de torchons ou kit vaisselle.
