Good stay.

All good, but the kitchen have no fan so don't plan to cook much! Missing extra pillows. Pool use is for an hour each day, with an extra plus for warm water...

Great location, disappointing spa, lacks supplies

The location is great, close to the old town, transportation, restaurants and shops close by. Nice neigbourhood. The beds are not comfortable and there are not enough plates and kitchen supplies. It is not well enough equppied for making dinners at home. Nice balcony, but not nice furniture. The spa is not a spa - it is one pool and one jacuzzi that was very crowded. The saunas are nice. Not very good value as the price is rather high. They could easily make it much nicer with better kitchen supplies and balcony furniture.

I am not sure why this place has 4 stars on Expedia! It is nice enough, the access to pool in a separate building is a good plus. Location is good. The information about the property says toiletries provided, note this is actually just a generic liquid soap and so do not expect the level you would fet in an actual 4 star property! The trek to the reception inna separate building is a psin so making it arduous to get basics like coffee and tea. Communication and politeness and helpfulness if reception staff is variable unfortunately.

Great stay overall. Check in swift. Stayed in apartments which were very clean. Fridge a little dodgy for closing but worked fine. Leisure facilities in hotel not all open, steam room, showers and one sauna all closed.

Our experience at this apartment hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in such poor condition that we ended up feeling sick by the end of our stay. The floor was covered in dust, and the room was infested with crawling insects. Shockingly, the hotel expected us to pay extra if we wanted the room cleaned — even though what it truly needed was thorough sanitation, not just a basic cleaning. We cannot recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, we were charged city taxes upon arrival, even though they had already been prepaid. On top of that, the hotel wanted to charge us approximately €20 just to check in a bit earlier, despite the room already being ready. The official check-in time was 16:00, but unless we paid the fee, we were told we had to wait — which made no sense at all. For the price we paid (or even slightly more), you can find far better accommodation options in the area. This hotel is not worth it.

Spacious apartment

Confusing arrival, as taxi took us into a wrong place (obviously not hotel's fault). Shower was not cleaned, which meant that Waters poured into the hallway when we took a shower in the first evening. Apartment was quiet and warm, and there was plenty of Spacey for four people. The spa was crowded.

Clean small apartment, near the city center. That was convenient. However, bed was awful, low and creaky. You wake up because of its noise all the time. Quite bad ventilation, especially if your neighbors smoke.

Its a nice property and I would stay there again, but it looks nothing like the photos and is a little run down in areas. Air con broken, surfaces scratched, tv had no remote, mirror cracked and repaired with tape, fridge door broken etc..

We had booked an apartment for 8 persons, but was given 2 app. For 4 persons. During our 3 night stay we killed appr. 15 Silverfish. When informing the reception about this , it was obvious that this was something tge where aware off, but had no intention to do anything about. There was no cleaning of the room, and we had no new towels during our stay. At the breakfast the capacity was extrely low compared to number of guest. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated. Please awoid this place if possible. It is not wortg the money.

Spa full of playing children

It was generally okay but not what we expected from the pictures and writing. The check-in was confusing and we did not know where to go but asked our way to the hotel lobby. The apartment itself was ok. The only things we have remarked on were that the kitchen equipment was very sparse, that one of the beds had a hole and the sofa smelled funky. The spa area was overcrowded and full of children. The showers in the spa were broken so the temperature changed multiple times between very high and normal temperature. But if this had been clear for us when booking it would not have been such an issue.

Esperienza negativa. La struttura non è un 4stelle come da pubblicità! Tanti problemi sommati: living privo di tende e oscuranti che essendo al piano terra erano necessarie non solo per privacy ma anche per la luce; divano letto con macchia di urina, nel complesso sporco. Addirittura lavori di ristrutturazione alle 8 della mattina. Il personale molto gentile purtroppo però non ha potuto risolvere in nessun modo queste problematiche e di fatto ci siamo dovuti adattare per ben 5 notti.

Dejlig rolig lejlighed tæt på centrum

Efter en lidt hård indcheckning, hvor vi først ikke kunne få parkering til bilen, selv om vi havde valgt hotellet, fordi der var parkering. Efter lidt tid, fik vi mulighed for at parkere i kælderen. På grund af JARMARK DOMINIKANSKI festival, var parkering helt umuligt i hele byen. Den gjorde dog også byen meget mere hyggelig. Selve lejligheden var rigtig dejlig, i god stand og ren. Den ligger lidt væk fra selve centrum, så der fuldstændig ro, men det tager kun ca. 5 min at gå der til langs floden.

Ok. Bra läge och passande för familjer.

Helt ok lägenhetshotell med ett sovrum och ett rum med bäddsoffa och en kokvrå. Lägenheten såg fräsch ut men hade många mindre defekter som t.ex icke fungerande duschdörr, löst handtag och krånglande lås. Lite justeringar skulle behövas för att förbättra. Läget är bra, lungt område, nära till allt.

Ok boende men det räcker med en vistelse här.

Vi hittade och valde detta boende tack vare dessa centrala läge, möjlighet till att tillreda egen mat (kök), tillgång till spa samt att rummet hade både en dubbelsäng och en skild yta med soffa/ sittmöbler (enligt bilderna). Detta gjorde att vi som en liten familj på två vuxna och ett barn (2 år) skulle kunna sova med gott om plats. När vi fick rummet saknades helt en soffa eller annan möbel att bädda ut och sova i. Förklaringen från receptionen var att bilderna online är på de bästa rummen och vi inte hade fått en av de bättre. Efter diskussion fick vi möjlighet att byta rum och fick där en soffa som var möjlig att sova i, bra! Utöver detta var det lite svårt att torka handdukar och badkläder (efter spavistelse) eftersom vi inte fick nya handdukar eller hade en fungerade handduksvärmare för att torka det blöta. (Befintlig handduksvärmare fungerade enbart vid utomhustemperaturen under 13 grader enligt hotellet). Vi fick efter diskussion låna ett bärbart element att placera i badrummet för att kunna torka badhanddukar. Detta behövde vi använda minst 6 timmar per dygn och hela badrummet, samt övriga utrymmen blev som en het bastu. Jobbigt att vistas i, men det gjorde jobbet. Men läget var toppen, rummet rymligt och vi hade på det stora hela en okej vistelse. Vi spenderade vår gratistimme i spat varje dag och det var väldigt trevligt och en mysig familjeupplevelse. Om ni har en tight budget är detta ett bra val, men vi kommer inte hit igen. En gång räcker.

Mycket förbättringspotential

Rummet hade en tydlig doft av intorkad öl. Tog ett par dagar att vädra ut. Enkelsängarna i en sovrummet hade ribbotten och endast skumgummi madrass, vilken inte var lämplig för fullvuxna människor. Dåligt med glas och övriga husgeråd. SPA avdelningen är inget SPA utan en bassäng fullproppad med barn som verkade uppskatta badet.
