Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation either...it was a straight up scam

今回Soi23のシタディーンを予約した。しかし、現在コロナの影響でClosedしており、Soi16に移動となった。Closedであるなら、予約は取るべきで無い。 Soi16のシタディーンでは、対応は非常に丁寧であり、今回の対応で部屋のアップグレードや朝食のサービスを受けた。Soi16の予約であれば、星を多くつけるが、今回の対応は、非常に問題があると考える。 コロナが落ち着いた後、再度予約し宿泊してみたい。

I worked here for two weeks when my job in Shanghai shut down due to the flu virus. It was functional for the purpose. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and well maintained. The gym is small but functional, as is the pool.

The shuttle service to the station is a nice gesture, as the sidewalks to the station are extremely uneven. Room is comfortable with a kitchenette and sitting area. Overall, a nice stay.
