Good place to stay

The 2-bedroom apartment was clean and very spacious. The additional bathroom was a bonus. There are many eateries in the vicinity so food is not a problem. Supermarket is also within walking distance. Downside was no free wifi and $25 overnight parking fee.

Disappointed of all other hotel I stayed in

My family din really like the apartment as it has only one bathroom n the laundry area is in the bathroom. And having 5 people sharing one bathroom is actually quite annoying especially when we need to move around early in the morning. There is no free wifi n no free parking for hotel guest. Definitely a no no for my next trip

Great Location

I booked a one bedroom apartment for my daughter and I and we were delighted when we opened the door to a very spacious two bedroomer. Really nice of hotel. Apartment was well equipped with kitchenette appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. Bathrooms however were rather bare with no toiletries except proprietary round discs of soap. TV sets in both living and larger bedroom with free movie channels. My daughter appreciated this immensely. Apartment was very clean and well maintained but some attention to decor, finishings, would make it less basic. Very cheerful and friendly staff at reception counter. Reception and hotel entrances are separated by a cafe. Key card activated entrance to hotel lift lobby. Am more accustomed and would probably have felt more secure if reception counter or security post was located in lift lobby instead of being two doors away. Wonderful location within lively business area with cafes, convenience stores, and Queen Street Mall just 5 mins, and Eagle Pier ferries and restaurants 20 mins, walk away. On the whole, a highly satisfactory hotel at a very reasonable rate.

Refuse room by apartment door!

There is only one air conditioner in the entire 2 bedroom apartment - I think this may be a problem in summer. But as the title says, the Refuse (rubbish) room is next to the front door of the apartment and we could smell rubbish in the apartment. I told the front desk and they said they would send someone up. Later that night, I said there was still a smell but they said the rubbish had been removed and they sprayed air freshner but could not do anything further since maintenance had already left.

The property is a little bit old and attention to detail in the cleaning could be a lot better. The rooms look nothing like the photos. The fridge wasn’t working in our room, however the staff were helpful and we were relocated to another room and they offered to pay for the spoilt food. No air conditioners in the bedrooms so it was very hot. The rubbish Shute was blocked and there was a build up of rubbish for a few days which was smelt throughout the floor we were staying on. We probably wouldn’t stay again.

very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit.

We the location great for access to the Brisbane River and its attractions especially the river ferry. There were plenty of dining options available within a few minutes easy walk. The building is not a motel rather a residential complex with the 28th floor providing short stay accommodation.
