Super clean and a great location

It was a pleasant stay, good clean room and facilities were clean. The desk attendants were very pleasant and helpful. It also was in a great location close to a park for the kids, a grocery store many restaurants and about a ten minute walk to downtown. Close to the tram lines as well

The hotel stay was ok. Good location. Easy access with nice views in the mountains around Grenoble. Good access to restaurants and local amenities. The breakfast cost at locution is much higher than booking online including breakfast. €18 for a very poor selection. You have to pay extra if cleaning is required.

My son loved his stay in my stead.

My son stayed since I had to cancel our trip. He said his stay was excellent in every way. I also had to change the reservations several times including changing dates, canceling one room, and asking for a refund for the canceled room. I emailed with your staff member, Madame Anushka, several times and she was professional, timely, and efficient.

The staffs were very polite and professional. The area was peaceful and quite no matter what time of the day. Cleaning was exceptional. All questions answered. Views outside of window was fantastic. Excellent for both adult and children as there are parks nearby. Shops were accessible. Overall, excellent customer service as well as my stay at the Residhome. One thing to improve - if they could provide more pots in different sizes (more than 2) as well as lids that suit the pot to make cooking variability more better.

Terrible customer service old

There is a gentleman at check in with terrible attitude and no customer service whatsoever. He refused to ask the cleaning lady if the room was ready at 14:50. He said check in is at 15:00 so he doesn’t have to ask. I don’t know why this hotel employ him. His braids fall on his face and I could see his eyes but his attitude is horrible. The room was super hot and no one answers at front desk also very old and needs fixing

La chambre était assez confortable pour une famille avec des enfants, dans l’ensemble tout était plutôt correct. La jeune femme à la réception était aimable et très attentive envers mes enfants. L’emplacement est pratique : il y a beaucoup de magasins à proximité. Parmi les points négatifs, je mentionnerais la propreté des murs et des ustensiles de cuisine : il y avait beaucoup de taches sur les murs et les ustensiles étaient assez sales. De plus, l’éclairage dans notre chambre était très faible. Malgré ces points liés à la propreté, dans l’ensemble tout s’est bien passé, et le prix pour cinq nuits était très avantageux.
