Very nice room! If you are thinking of staying here, you should know that the property is first and foremost an apartment complex so you won’t have daily maid service (though upon request you can get fresh towels and linens). It is very clean & quite and both the market square and mall are within easy walking distance. I would stay there again.

Fabulous modern family apartment with everything you would need, fantastic shower, comfortable beds and great location. Easy and friendly check in( 4 hours early, contacted by email as soon as our apartment was ready) Couldn’t fault our stay in at all.

Perfect Location

The front desk was so helpful, the Friendly cafe was so cute and delicious and the restaurant was absolutely delicious as well! It was such great proximity to Old Town Square, only about a 15min walk through a beautiful park and past many pączki shops. It was nice that the aparthotel was it’s own little community off of the main roads. Felt very safe and there was a pharmacy right across the street too. We loved our stay!!

Apt roomy and good for breakfasts and Laundry

The apartment was adequate with just basics in kitchen. Would be nice to have a toaster and microwave though. The bathroom was roomy and the clothes washing machine worked very well ( gave it an additional 12 min spin and they provide a very large drying rack so most clothes dried overnight. Took a tram 10 in front of complex to the Jewish Quarter but otherwise walked to Old Town 10 min and even down to the Castle and back. Close walk to Train Station.

Felt sick the entire time I was there. There was very obvious black mold around the tub and the mattress cover and mattress itself was covered in stains. The frying pan was extremely worn but they were nice enough to replace that for me at least. I mentioned the mold and they offered me a different unit in a different building but this unit was directly by the main entrance and I knew I’d never get any sleep as I could hear every noise/step/door opening and closing in the hallway, making me think the units are not sound proofed or at least not the doors. Extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend this place to anyone, the only good part is the location is great for walking to main square and close to the train station/shopping. I checked out early and took a loss of paying for a nights stay and went elsewhere.

Perfect location

My daughter and I loved our weekend break at this lovely hotel. Our room was clean, had everything we could wish for, including quality tea/coffee, comfortable bedding and good shower. Wifi was strong. The book of instructions explained everything. Really enjoyed our little terrace. I was worried about being close to the train line however we didn't hear a thing. Hotel is in a quiet area yet only a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Staff were very friendly. We were surprised reception doesn't open until 09:00 but didn't create any issues for us and opening hours are displayed on window. Considering the hotel is well furnished, restaurant isn't very inspiring however we wondered if this was intended because Krakow is full of unbelievably wonderful restaurants! Already recommended this little gem to our friends and family.
