Stay away 😑

Not true information either in the add nor during key handover. Showerhead not working, different bugs in the property and worst if all - a massive construction project right next to the property. We where woken up by drilling sounds from 7 to 9 am every morning. Terrible communication when issues occure

Sentral og koselig leilighet

Helt grei leilighet med sentral og fin beliggenhet. Veldig hyggelig vertinne som møtte oss selv om vi kom sent frem. Fint for et par dager, men velg gjerne helg om du ikke er morgenfugl og vil vekkes av byggestøy fra nabotomten (sommeren 2024).

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Übergabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir kamen mit unseren 3 Kindern, eines davon ein Baby. Hatten eine lange Reise hinter uns und waren sehr erschöpft. Die Temperatur draussen lag gefühlt bei 40 Grad. Schon beim betreten der Wohnung, haben wir keine Abkühlung durch die Klimaanlage bemerkt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Geräte jedoch kam da keine kühle Luft raus, obwohl beide Geräte auf 18 Grad eingestellt waren. Wir waren am verschmachten, die Nacht war Horror es war einfach viel zu heiss. Wir haben kurz darüber nachgedacht, im Auto zu schlafen. Weiter mussten wir feststellen, dass es kein WC Papier hatte, also mussten wir dies auch noch voller Erschöpfung auftreiben (es war Sonntag und die meisten Läden hatten zu). Für die Sauberkeit geben wir 2 Sterne, Die Wohnung sieht auf den ersten Blick sauber aus aber man sieht schnell, dass nicht sauber und ordentlich geputzt wurde. Die Badezimmer, Wände, Böden und Schränke waren fleckig. Unsere Füsse waren dreckig nachdem wir nur kurze Zeit Barfuss drinn gelaufen sind. Im Inserat wird von hochwertiger Bettwäsche gesprochen, diese ist nicht vorhanden. Ich würde diese Unterkunft mit unseren Kindern nicht mehr besuchen, da es für uns keine Erholung war nach der langen Reise. Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung eine gute Lage und viel Platz. Man hat auf einer Seite einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr süss.

Tolle Idee die Innenstadt zu erobern. Außerhalb safe parken und mit dem Golfwägelchen wird man in die Innenstadt ins App gebracht. Sehr guter check in.

It was a lovely suite in a great location in Rovinj. Amenities were perfect and it was spotless. However it was super difficult and confusing trying to contact staff. They asked that we contact them before about arrival time. We didn’t have a phone and so through the booking we left a message. I also contacted Expedia and they left a message. I tried calling from Canada but the number they gave did not work. We received an email from the management the day before that was confusing. It sounded like we were to go to the office instead of the property. In the end, they met us 15 minutes late but just by coincidence. They hadn’t revived any messages or emails. You must have a phone. Get a sim card upon arrival.

One bedroom apartment with sea view, had sofa bed in living room so could sleep 4 people comfortably. Bathroom is in the bedroom but there was a separate toilet and wash basin plus a washing machine. Good location to the old town and harbour and nearby supermarket. Communication wasn’t very good regarding getting access to the property. It wasn’t clear if we were to collect keys from Avior rental agency or at the property. Once we connected with Milka she was excellent in showing us around the old town and where to park our car

Süßes kleiner Apartment mit Dachschräge, daher wirkt es etwas kleiner. Große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, direkt in der Stadt aber ruhig. Da man in der Stadt nicht mit dem Auto fahren kann wird man von der Vermittlung in einem Golfcaddy zum Apartment gebracht.

DO NOT STAY HERE

TERRIBLE! We waited THREE HOURS in an alley way for our person to come meet us to let us in. There is no lobby. Also, the room was not as described. There was no hot water (Even with the switch flipped) and the internet was down. We were told to call the host if there were problem, and pictured below is the phone in the room. When I contacted Valibora with my sincere concerns about our stay they never got back to us. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A perfect place to stay in Rovinj

Lovely apartment, perfect for a couple, very clean and pretty much everything you need, I called as we arrived early and was able to check in straight away and they stored our luggage for us free of charge as we weren’t flying out until later in the evening. The only negative was it could do with a larger kettle as the one in the apartment was only enough for one at a time. Everything you need is close by to the apartment and we are already planning on returning next year.

Amazing hosts!

The hosts at Valdibora were amazing! I arrived by rental car after a long drive and didn’t realize you couldn’t drive all the way up. The location is in a pedestrianized area. The hosts met me and helped me navigate where to pull over and drop our bags at the apartment. I couldn’t find the car rental drop off location on google map, so the hosts drove ahead of me there and showed me the way! AND drove me back! They went above and beyond which I really appreciated! On top of all that the apartment was excellent, spacious, and newly renovated bathroom and comfortable. Nice atmosphere overlooking the harbour, 2 min walk into town and close to the ferry which we took to Venice the next morning.

This is a really nice hotel right on the water in romantic Opatija. Our room was big, the bed comfortable and the view in the morning spectacular. A large breakfast buffet on the ocean. Friendly staff. Great town, great find.

We stayed in the apartment with the balcony which was on the top floor. Lovely sea and city views and great size terrace with enough room to sit out and have meals or use the sun loungers and relax. The apartment is located in the loft space so ceiling height is a bit of an issue. It's quite busy outside but being the top floor was quiet enough. Everything decorated to a high standard and everything seemed quite new.

Tolles, neues großes Apartment im Zentrum

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist alles neu und für jegliche Fragen ist immer sofort jemand da. Alle sprechen deutsch somit bekommt man auf sehr viele Insider Informationen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder. Super Service, perfekt sauber, tolle Lage!
