Great location close to town, very spacious room and spa was lovely with a great view! Room was very dusty and shower needed a good clean. Couch could do with replacing but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was great!

Poolside Apartment was clean, well equiped with a comfy queen bed. Although the kitchen had a stove top, there was no rangehood so not really suitable for cooking meals. Free washer & dryer in a communal laundry. The highlight was the beautiful large pool! Very reasonable price for what you get, we had a very enjoyable eight night stay.

The room was very dusty, there was mold on the doors in the bathroom. Electrical appliances had broken switches. The mattress was terrible. I have never slept on worse. The spa was dirty and required a rinse before we used it. The price requested for this unit was on the higher side in the area and we were left disappointed, the room we had was definitely in need of a revamp. Communication with the management was excellent.

Bathroom shower leaks out from under door due to the shower head angle, mould in shower tiles and seals all-round. Ceiling fan noisy, provide cutting boards but no knife to cut with, only had 3 forks in room, fridge freezer all.iced up about 2inch thick icy. No welcome book providing small instructions on tv use or general information or tourist things to do in the area. Reception staff member needed a new shirt, grey in colour not white also so small gapping at every button exposing her underwear and skin, Would not recommend have stayed in airlie beach mutiple times from houses to units , wouldnt rate it more than a 2 star, paths and hallways not sweep of dead leaves clearly been there longer than a week ans still there after our 3 day stay. Wont be back😮‍💨😮‍💨 disappointed

Staff were friendly but room was old and worn in fixtures and fittings. Requires upgrading. Asked for a room with lift access or no stairs. Was told I was on the ground floor. BUT there are12 steep step up to the room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty go hot water.
