Our family of four really enjoy our five days stay at Venity Chill Villa. The villa is very spacious with a well appointed kitchenette. All amenities including the sauna, steam room, pool, Karaoke room and BBQ area were very well maintained. We would like to thank Ms Nga for always being there, answering our questions and resolving our concerns. Thank you Mrs. Ut for keeping the place impeccably clean. We had a lot of fun and were able to entertain our visiting family members.

The Villa is real beautiful. We like the layout of the house. The infinity pool is a plus since we used it every time coming back to the house after our excursions😀. One problem during our stay was the sewage in one of the bedroom. The smell was unbearable. We contact Việt, the host, he was quick getting back to us saying the problem was there a broken pipe outside of the property. They tried to fix it that’s what I was told.But we have to live with it during 3 days of our stay. The oven was also broken and remained broken during our stay. Another disappointment was with the host, Kateryna, we called her several times before to make sure the property was ready She did not returned our calls. When we were there at the house another host, Việt was there greeting us and went over the amenities of the house. He was great and very responsive. And on the last day of checking out, Kateryna decided to show up. She was sorry about all the problems and acted surprised that we did not taking up on their free breakfast or the free yatch that they provided. We were not offered any breakfast nor a yatch ride by the host at anytime we were there at the Villa. We have been to Hanoi, Ha long, Sapa, Hoi An hotels . The properties were not as nice as this one but their hosts were top notch. I paid quite a large sum of money for 3 night for this Villa I expect more from the host regards communication and honesty. And a clean, comfort property without the smelling of sewage.

6인이상 숙박할 경우 아주 적합함 방 4칸에 더블베드가 있는 방도 1칸 있고.. 화장실도 6개정도 되는것같음. 영화관, 찜질방도 유용하게 잘 이용함 근처 다른 리조트도 잠깐 갔었는데 한국사람 바글바글하고 어수선한 느낌이라면 여긴 아주 한적하게 쉬다 올수있음. 어린아이나 어르신 모시고 오면 아주좋아할만함. 다만 시내와의 거리가 조금 있고. 걸어서 어딜 갈수없는 구역이라 그랩푸드랑 그랩카를 열심히 이용해야함. 그럼에도 아주 만족만족 가족여행은 여기로 또 와야겠음

Great villa!

The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.
