Central location

The place is very centrally located in the middle of buzzing night life with lots of restaurants and bars. Nothing spectacular about the place or service but location is definitely a huge plus point.

Pro: 1) Super centralized. Much restaurant and supermarket round the corner. 2) Near train station, tram stop and the express bus to Airport starts the journey from here. 3) For solo traveller, the surrounding of this place is very lively. 4) The hospitality of front desk and their detailed explanation is superb! 5) Though it's not really new, in the latest modern design, the place is very neat and clean. The housekeeping quality is top notch for this price. 6) Finally, the fridge, sink, oven toaster and electric stove which allows you to cook (plus all the basic kitchen tool to help you with), is just : PERFECT! Cons: The building structure arrangement is pretty complex. So u have receptionist on the first floor and all the rooms are on 2nd floor and above, but not directly above the receptionist. On ur first check in, you will definitely needed ti be guided on where and how to go to ur room. I reached Budapest in the evening, and when I needed to go back to my room on the 2nd day, I gotta look around for a while, as on the 2nd floor, there are many other establishment as well. This is of course small matter compared to all the goodness they have to offer. Overall, I will definitely stay back here should I ever visit Budapest again.

The check in was very smooth. The lady who served us was very friendly and bring us up to the room. We were very astonished when we saw the apartment, we never expected such a big apartment with such a price we pay. It was a 1 room apartment, full equipped kitchen and separate bathroom and a lovely balcony. This is the best apartment we ever stay. They also do daily room service and change towels too. The only thing we do not like is the corridor light. It always off and not even senor. We have to switch on from one end in order to walk to our apartment. After all, small issue. Location is one of the plus point too. it is at the central of the metro, walking distance to all place of interest. 100% fully recommend this apartment. Must stay here

Nice apartment in central area

It's clearly not a new building but the refurbishment gave it a neat and modern look in most of the areas. We stayed in the two bedrooms unit which was stratifying. It is spacious with living area, kitchen, dining area with all the essentials. Staff are friendly and attentive to assist your needs. Bathroom couldn't do much of a refurbish so it gave away that it was an old building but not so bad. It looks clean but maybe the house keeping was a bit rush that day, some parts of the floor was still wet and sticky. The apartment situated in the pubs and bars area with young adults drinking, shouting, screaming, nothing to be surprised of. It was UEFA time those days we were there so it was even louder than usual but didn't bother our sleep. A short walk and you'll be at the main walking streets.

The location of 7seasons cannot be beat! We could walk everywhere from this spot. The apartment itself was clean but plain. It had a lot of space for myself, husband and adult daughter. The bathrooms (2 of them!) were modern and clean. The kitchen was basic but had everything you might need.

The location of 7Seasons is perfect and the apartment was big enough for our family and clean. But the overall condition of the building was very dated and old (hallways felt like a dorm). There were very little amenities. Towels were only given every other day, no water in the room, and when we asked for a new towel we never received. If you are looking for comfort and amenities I would not stay here. It worked for 3 nights but wouldn’t stay here again.

위치 최고! 실용성 최고!

우선 위치가 데악광장 근처라 너무 좋아요! 걷는 여행 좋아해서 겨울인데도 다 가까워서 너무 만족했고 이동에도 유용한 위치였어요. 청소는 매일 해주진 않고 이틀에 한번 해주는데 전 3일 묵어서 2박한 후 정리해주셨어요. 용품은 헤어&바디워시 하나 있지만 다 챙겨갔기때문에 상관없었고, 세탁기 있어서 프론트에서 1유로에 세제사가지고 긴 여행에 아주 유용한 세탁기 사용을 저렴하게 했습니다! 요리도 해드실 수 있어요. 웬만한 도구는 다 있으니까 한국요리 그립거나 하면 주변 아시안마트에서 사요셔서 만들어 드셔도 되고, 술이 저렴하니 사와서 간단한 안주거리랑 드실때듀 좋아요! 가끔 위층인지 복도인지 타인의 소리가 들리긴하는데, 잘때는 소음이 없었어요. 이건 같이 숙박한 사람들 차이겠죠?

很不錯的酒店式公寓

酒店式公寓、整區公寓群，有A棟-E棟五棟建築、廚房設備完整，也有洗衣機（雖然有烘乾功能，但似乎無法烘乾）住宿是兩天打掃一次， 入住之前，酒店有發信詢問我要不要加價升等到新裝修的房型（平均一天加價NT 1000） 個人覺得這個錢加得蠻值得的、 其實有些家具還是有很明顯的使用痕跡，例如餐桌的部分椅子已脫皮、牆壁有撞擊的痕跡、鞋架已凹陷、 但並不影響住宿的體驗，酒店式公寓的標準不能用飯店標準來衡量，整體來說是推薦的 附近就有地鐵站/公車站/電車站/機場巴士也在步行5分鐘的距離內、 走路10分鐘，就是名品街 公寓樓下就有各國美食，不管是餐廳或是小吃一應俱全
