This was a great place to stay while in Akureyri. The location was perfect, parking was easy and the reception staff were very nice. The apartment was a little run down (water damage on the cabinetry, mismatching paint on the exterior or the buildings, chipping paint on the balcony), but this did not affect our time and overall we had a great stay.

Some initial check-in time conflicts between messages stating 1500 and others 1600, but room was ready so it wasn’t an issue. Hot tub was nice bonus, great kitchen space and comfortable beds. Walkable to city center restaurants and shopping. Love the deck views!!

Clean and comfortable beds. Full kitchen with everything you needed. Hot tub was incredible to have, it filled quickly but needed to be drained nightly otherwise the pump would keep you up all night. Laundry available in the reception area, and it was free.

The hotel has great views of the surrounding mountains. Its not far to walk to the supermarket, or to the town centre. The apartment was very warm with the luxury of underfloor heating.
