Il posto è splendido, molto organizzato e nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza. Devo aver avuto sfortuna perché il mio appartamento oltre ad essere non del tutto pulito aveva questo sgradevole inconveniente: ogni sera saliva dal bagno un forte odore di fogna che poi se ne andava durante la notte. Posto bellissimo, peccato che a causa del troppo affollamento abbiamo trovato il bagno dell'appartamento sporco(cose c e possono capitare). Il nostro soggiorno era di 3 gg.. Il secondo giorno il bagno dell appartamento si allaga causa intasamento.. Cose che possono capitare. Purtroppo successe concentrate in due giorni.. E parlare di qualche problema con i vari ragazzi alla reception é un po' come dire.. Ci dispiace ma non possiamo fare nulla. Per il resto tutto bello, zona piscine e tutto il resto... Penso tornerò per poter meglio giudicare.

Servicen er i top, der er mange pools og aktiviteter til børnene. Vi havde halvpension og maden var virkelig lækker. Vi kunne vælge mellem 3 restauranter hver dag og især maden på Vecchio var lækker. Alt var virkelig flot og velholdt og personalet er super venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle!

A szállás gyerekes családoknak ideális, több vizipark, kalandpark, ugráló, egyéb tevékenységre van lehetőség úgy, hogy el sem kell hagyni a park területét. Több étterem, bár, mosoda, abc is van, este 11ig programok- pl. élőzene, színház. A park szervez kirándulásokat több nagyvárosba (Firenze, Pisa, Róma, stb.) persze külön kell fizetni érte. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Angolul jól beszélnek.
