We had a terrible experience. They double booked our room. I literally entered the code, walked in the door and there was another family staring me in the face. Then, my wife, children and ai were stranded in jerusalem right before their religious holiday where the whole county shuts down, with no place to stay!

A nightmare!!!! Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures they’re altered and faked. The building is run down. The space is squishy. And worst of all we arrived and found what appeared to be ADULT ACTIVITY STAINS ON THE BED SHEETS!!!! The bedding has not been cleaned after the guests prior to us. There was still leftover dirty cups from previous guests. Stay far away from this place!!!!!

This is a very dirty place. Stove doesn't work. They refuse to come look at it. Towels are stained and yellow. No shower curtain. Bathroom sink faucet is dangling off. Can't be used. Beds are hard as rocks. Took three hours to gain access to this place. I structions were very misleading. Took two days to gain access to the parking. Nothing here works. Took two days to get them to turn on the wi fi and TV. There is any decent cooking pots or pans. No coffee maker, no microwave or toaster. Chunks of hair all over. Pink slimb in shower walls. Broken window kept falling out. Patio is filthy.

This property is very far of what I requested …first is not the address advertised and second is not the quality you offer as luxury rentals. I expected at least cleanness and functionality and neither of those . Very unpleasant and disgusting. Dust all over the place .Kitchen dirty. Again the whole apartment it’s in a very poor condition . TV and dryer also doesn’t work …..I didn’t booked a 1 star apartment. It is supposed to be luxury apartment We were there on vacation and not to deal for maintenance issues. Terrible customer service.Multiple calls and texts to admin and owner who didn’t care . I request a refund immediately

Communication with the host were not easy, check in instructions were only received a couple of hours vefore we came and only after numerous requests, and the property has face recognition entrence key so we could not enter without a doorman opening the door for us.

Отличное месторасположение, бесплатная подземная парковка. Все впечатление испортило одна заправленная кровать на восемь человек. Хотя при бронировании указывали поимённо всех приезжающих. Нигде не обнаружили постельного белья. Судя по отзывам это уже не первый такой случай ☹️

The property location is great. Just off of Jaffa street. Walking distance to the Old City, banks, restaurants shopping and more! The building is secure with 24/7 security guards and parking. The building itself is well maintained. In the apartment the beds were comfortable and the back bedroom was quite. The master bedroom/front bedroom was slightly more noisy but it did not bother us at all. Kitchen was equipped. The Air Conditioning worked very well and we had a heatwave so were grateful. My only negative was that I thought the lounge furniture could use updating but that is a very personal thing. Would this stop me from renting it again???? Absolutely not...as well all enjoyed our stay.

Sijainti oli hyvä, aivan Jaffa-kadun tuntumassa, kuitenkin rauhallisella kadun pätkällä. Asunto on tilava ja toimiva. Ainoa huono puoli on sisäänkirjautumisen vaikeus. Me emme olleet saaneet huoneiston numeroa etukäteen, joten oikean asunnon löytyminen oli kiven takana. Aulassa päivystää vain turvamies, joka ei osaa auttaa.
