The property was horrible cockroaches in the cabinets. Sheets and linen were dirty had air in them. Expedia shouldn't even offer this as a choice of rooms. Very disappointed.

NEGATIVE POINTS! I didn't really like the apartment I stayed in because the bathroom was dirty, the carpet on the floor wasn't pleasant, there was a piece of stained wood on the floor, the kitchen didn't have a sponge to wash the dishes, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and there was no parking, you had to pay for something that was already included. POSITIVE POINTS! Located in the central area of ​​Miami with many things nearby, a calm and peaceful place by the sea.

Stayed 2 nights with my family. The lobby was under construction. We had to pay $35 each day for parking. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart they are very old. The room, kitchen,bathroom should be updated 5 years ago. The windows had gaps so we could hear the wind blowing. It’s a very nice location, large pool , very close to the beach.

The location is excellent. If you are looking for a place just to sleep without concern of the amenities, this is the perfect place. It is in an area with easy access to public transportation but the room was not like the pictures. The facilities are very old and the staff is not very friendly, except for the security guard. Also, the hallway smelled like marijuana all the time. Excellent area, but they should improve the facilities.

Being on the beach is very nice, pool was nice too. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and was plenty of room...very nice that we didn't have to use the elevator and we had a very large balcony. Kitchen didn't have a oven mit or pot holder but we made it work when we baked pizzas in the oven. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus...I would stay here again.
