This villa is 2 Bedrooms villa,with 600 meters total land.located in the heart of Seminyak,Drupadi street. with easy walking distance to all Seminyak hot spots, like Oberoi street, Seminyak street and Diana Pura street with his bustling Bars, Restaurants, Shops, markets and a 10 minutes walk to the famous Double six Beach.
Distance from Airport Is 20 minutes drive (depend on traffic)
The Villa has a beautiful Tropical Flower Garden and a large Swimming Pool with Comfortable Sunbeds,and a very nice Gazebo for relaxing.
Two large comfortable Bedrooms with kingsize bed, Aircondition&own bathroom. If you booked more than 4 pax,we can add 1matrass queen size 160x200 (fit for 2 people) in each bedroom,ceiling Fans and Cable TV.
Each Bedroom has own Bathroom with hot/cold water,Bathtub and Shower area
Free WiFi is provided.
Pool Billiard table is located at the Terrace for additional fun.
A good equipped open Kitchen with a two and a four burner Gas Oven, Toaster, Fridge, Rice cooker, Sandwich maker, Hot / Cold Drinking water dispenser and Seperate Dining area

Lovely quiet garden area and yet very central. Friendly and helpful staff living next door. I didn’t realise it was two self contained bedrooms that both access directly to the garden, maybe my fault for not reading details properly, for those with young kids may not want to have them in separate rooms, but all in a lovely stay really nice and would go abck.

Friendly family villa

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was the highlight of our trip. Amazing pool to cool down in after our outings. Arta was an amazing help whilst we were there keeping the place clean and tidy. Great place for a family of 5 to stay. Close enough to walk in various directions for amazing shops and also the beach.

Enjoyed our stay in Villa Bunny

We, 4 senior citizens, really enjoying our stay at Villa Bunny. The pool and garden are really good. The beds are comfortable and we're changed regularly. Location is perfect for all amenities. Arta was awesome, any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. Well done Arta👍🙏. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Excellent communication with Robert and Tila, the owners and really good service from Arta and Ifan and the team with regard to cleaning and looking after the villa. A little TLC would be good as the villa is showing signs of age but the location and facilities make up for that. I will be returning, that’s fir sure

Great Villa, beautiful pool and even better staff

We loved this Villa a lot. The pool is big and so clean. The pool table was great fun. The reason we would stay again is due to the wonderful staff. Arta, Ipang and Roy were the friendliest people, they cleaned out Villa and the pool and the grounds so well. They always checked what time was most convenient to us and we could contact them anytime of the day or night! If I ever have a Villa in Bali, I will hire them all. Thank you boys you are the best

A perfect family hideaway.

We spent 15 nights here in September 2019, and had an absolutely wonderful break away. The villa is tucked away down a quiet alley amongst other villas. But a short walk the main shops (via the sneaky walkway across the road and to the left), and even closer to some great restaurants just around the corner. A bit further - 10-15 mins to the beach and the Bintang Super market. The villa is wonderfully quiet at night, and an amazing yet very private sun trap during the day. It was a great place to get brown and read many books. The pool was clean and much bigger than any of the other villas we looked at - a must with children. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Possibly the air con in the master bedroom could be updated - not as efficient as the unit in the other room. But still cool enough to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen and lounge area are clean and comfortable. With a great sized fridge, and a full sized water cooler, microwave, blender and hob. We only made our breakfasts (muesli, yoghurt and fruit - so didn't test the cooking facilities) The villa is perfect for a family, and maybe its not 5 star but we would stay here in a heart beat again. With kids you didn't feel like they were going to ruin anything or that they couldn't sit or play with anything because you were petrified it would break. I'm not sure you would get better value and a better location with the all day sun aspect. And lastly the thing that would get us back was Adi. He was polite, gracious, helpful, thoughtful and kept the villa in spotless condition throughout our stay. Our two girls asked every day when was Adi coming, they enjoyed his company, and he was never rushed to have a chat. He is a real asset to Villa Bunny. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

La photo est très flatteuse .probleme de propreté de la piscine ,billard en très mauvais état ,problème de climatisation dans une des chambres,ménage irrégulier,panne d’ électricité due à de la négligence,cela engendre plus de wifi plus d eau etc. Malgré tout la direction a réagit rapidement . Globalement le rapport qualité prix n est pas bon. Mr Gérard

Good place to stay for this price. Everything you need is close by

Nice place, not super over styled, which makes it feel more like a house. Good for families. No issue with the aircon like mentioned in a previous review. Electrical wiring has been sorted out as far as i could see, and not directly dangerous as mentioned in that same negative review. Overal not a bad place to stay. If you prefer a over the top styled place, look further.

Short but Pleasant Vacation

We stayed as a family, also with our twin babies. First impression of the villa was nice. We felt the warm Balinese tradition in this villa. Spacious garden and larger swimming pool compared to the swimming pool in another villa, which we last rented. There is also a gazebo that can be used during the day to rest and read books. The bedrooms are also spacious. The air conditioner is functioning normally, even though the weather in Bali is very hot at the moment. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, stove and cooking utensils . As a host, Tila has been very responsive, and the staffs are very friendly & helpful. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants around the villa. We will definitely come back here when we visit Bali next time. Thanks for hosting us Tila.

Over Rated

The property has most things needed but it is very tired & needs a refurbishment. 4.8/5 Rating is way above what it should be for price. I would rate at 2.5-3/5 as the owner needs to put money back into a tired property. The Balanese Manager was very helpful & tried to fix everything. Air-Con poor & lots of basic repairs needed. Price should reflect the condition, over priced for what it is. Photos look better than actual. We have stayed in Bali many times & none of us were impressed with the quality of this property. We were also robbed on our 2nd last day, 3 phones & wallet stolen, security needs to be installed as thieves targeting Villas in this area, confirmed by police with CCTV photos from other Villas near by. Electricals were in bad condition, taped & dodgy wiring around pool & house, broken pool tiles, switches sparking or shorting, first 2 nights the heat in bedrooms was unbearable as Air-Con insufficient, manager helped with floor fans, TV in bed 1 didn't work for 4 days & 2 days with Bed 2. This property would be brilliant if they reinvested some money to bring it up to a good standard, installed Security & new Air-Cons etc.

Dear Kerry, I apologize for unpleasent experience yo had at my villa. For your information, the property that We rented is our private home& we rented to tourists. So maybe the standard that we have, is certainly different from the standard hotel, or villa from large management, which you usually rent. Regarding the price is relative, but it should be known, that the price of the villa, of course will always be more expensive than the price of hotel rooms. because in general the villa is a property that emphasizes privacy, so the whole place will be owned The tenant, not sharing with other guests,like in the hotel. there are also full kitchen facilities and the size of the villa is certainly bigger than the hotel room. Also for information, the location of our villa is in the tourist center of Seminyak. Certainly the villa in this area will rent more expensive than villas that are outside the area of ​​Seminyak Kuta. For the TV cable problem was from the provider,we act soon to report to our tv provider,but need few days because of on weekend thir staff have off day. for cables that are seen outside the room, we immediately tidy up, this is a good input for the future. For air conditioners that you felt are not cold, we immediately call a technician to check, clean the air conditioner and fill the freon, you show it by your self.Bali at this time very hot. even though it will affect the AC.in each room we provided ceiling fans, but we still add standing fans, according to your request. so we always try to always respond to complaints from guests, to make our guests feel more comfortable staying in our house. Sorry if it was still not enough good... For losses incurred, 100% is not our responsibility, because all of you were inside the villa, and you are the one who opened the door and let strangers come into the villa without supervision. But we immediately came & responded, after being told, we also help to report & my staff acompany you to police station & take care of everything, also ask for a letter of loss, which might later be proof of insurance claims in your country. Once again, we depthly apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay, we will make all complaints as a positive input, so that our place can be better in the future. thank you

Buena atención

Nos pareció muy bueno todo, excepto los baños que no eran como en las fotos y estaban bajo el nivel del resto de la casa. Yo la elegí porque me gustan los baños y me sentí un poco engañada. Por lo demás el personal super atento y a disponibilidad total. El jardín con la piscina y la "cabaña exterior" eran espectaculares. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias.

A Great First Visit to Bali

The rental procedure worked well and the pre-rental communication was excellent. Check in went very well and property owner was extremely helpful with information on the neighborhood and available options. Houseboy Adi was friendly and accommodating and ran extra errands such as picking up groceries and taking and picking up laundry etc. The property owner made a driver (Agus) and car available (for a reasonable daily fee) who was helpful and flexible with different hours to meet our needs. We used him quite a bit.

Séjour agréable, mais...

Une agréable maison qui convient parfaitement hors saison humide, car entièrement ouverte. Beaucoup de positif: magnifique jardin, grande piscine très agréable, grandes et belles chambres climatisées. En revanche, maison vieillissante qui mériterait d'être rénovée : peintures, salles de bain et lavabo entartrés, cuisine sans meubles fermant pour mettre vaisselle à l'abri de la poussière, électricité. Heureusement, Agus était suffisamment attentif à notre bien-être pour nous faire oublier les petits désagréments, qui n'ont pas gêné notre séjour. Au final, cette maison a été pour nous un havre de paix et sérénité à l'écart du trafic de Seminyak

Villa Bunny is an excellent place to stay in Seminyak. The hosts Tila and Robert are very helpful and accommodate all requests like extra bedding and second sets of keys with no problems. The housekeeper Adi is wonderfully friendly and helpful and a very good breakfast cook. The villa itself has an excellent pool, very roomy bedrooms and very good WiFi. It would be good if the air conditioning was a little quieter however the spaciousness of the villa, the beautiful gardens, pool and cabana and the location near to Shelter, The Koop and the main Seminyak shopping strip make for a wonderful holiday. All the trendy Seminyak restaurants and clubs are only a short taxi ride or walk away and the local massages are very good. Villa Bunny is highly recommended and the space, peace and privacy compared to a resort are very, very good. It is also excellent value for money. Adi’s friendly welcome and great service is a delight. You will have a wonderful holiday at Villa Bunny!
