Great access to highways or metro-rail for getting downtown or to the best shopping and dining in Austin. The property is on a greenbelt with a creek running past the backyard and access to community playgrounds, sports, frisbee golf, a fishing pond, and more right on the trail. The deck overlooks trees, trails, and the creek. The house has high-end import furnishings from local boutiques, a stocked coffee bar, 50-inch flatscreen plasma with a Roku with HuluPlus, Disney+, AmazonPrime, HBO, and more. Internet speeds over 200 meg/sec. The master bath has both a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools, pots/pans, and kitchen knives if you decide to cook meals at home. There are 10-foot ceilings throughout and vaulted cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area. The kitchen opens into the dining/living area for a great open floor plan.

Very enjoyable experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was located in a great neighborhood, with access to a park, food, entertainment and I-35. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Older home, but very comfortable. Plenty of room for a medium or large family. Beautiful views from the deck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very responsive to all our requests. Would definitely rent the property again!

Great stay

This property was perfect for us, knowing the area a little bit, we were able to locate the property without a problem. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and just a very short walk from the park. Everything you need within a few minutes driving distance and just away enough from downtown to not make it a chore. Great service and communication with the owner and property manager Joel.

Like staying at Grandma's - anything you want.

Quite comfortable. Completely stocked and furnished. Not particularly easy to find (take your GPS) but a very good location for outdoor activities. Bunk beds in the "boys" room, huge master bath, updated appliances etc and nicely furnished. Spotless. Toys and distractions everywhere. "Hidden" loft a big hit with the kids. Only miss was the bed in the "girls" room - wasn't really acceptable for 2 adults.

This is a beautiful, quiet place to play or relax.

This is way better than good. The deck overlooking the water and jogging trail makes it feel secluded while being in the middle of Round Rock surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The tennis complex is less than two minutes away and the park and lake are great. The house was clean and totally comfortable. We enjoyed streaming the Final Four and just kicked back and enjoyed just hanging out. I have to mention the antique Indonesian saddle. We do horses and have our share of saddles but nothing quite like this. It has to be at least 300 years old. I really enjoyed handling it. Thanks for a great Easter break.

So cute inside and out!

Loved the back yard and patio. It is just a few steps away from hiking trails and a beautiful park. The house was comfortable and up to date. The location was convenient to major routes to any where in Austin. I would recommend this property to a friend.

An Amazing Stay!!!!

This house was so inviting when you walk through the door. It was more than we expected and we loved everything from the secret room upstairs to the sonos wireless system throughout the house to the deck with the hammock and outdoor fireplace. The trail and running stream behind the house was very beautiful and we were able to have a mini photoshoot. I will definitely be using this house again the next time i visit Austin!

High Class and Comfortable

This place was so comfortable! Master bathroom and bedroom were perfect. The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system which easily connects with your phone and has speakers in every room, making for a great time. The backyard was clean and relaxing, and the access to the trail system was great for evening walks with my wife. The trails even lead you to the near-by pool, which was perfect for hot Austin. Also, the neighborhood of this location was excellent and safe. A high class place all around.

Incredible House and Location!

This was an incredibly relaxing stay in Austin! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. My husband and I took walks through the neighborhood and park (which has a trail right behind the home), and it was simply wonderful. It's nice and quiet, and the park has a pool that we enjoyed. The inside of the house is seriously super spacious, the couches and bed are very comfortable, and the TV makes watching soccer (or anything for that matter) a great experience. We would definitely come here again!

Great location! Peaceful setting! Great amenities!

Close to everything you want to do in Austin and surrounding areas. Near the Domain and hundreds of great restaurants. Awesome wooded backyard with a stream running by. I saw numerous birds and even a rabbit. It makes for a very tranquil afternoon reading a book outside. Right across the stream is a walking/jogging trail. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. Has a large TV and comfortable couch to watch the unlimited supply of movies on Roku. My 2 year old daughter enjoyed playing in the children's room and playing outside on the trampoline. I highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again myself.

Excellent. Wonderfully appointed, beautifully kept

In a quiet neighborhood, with a little stream behind and greenery for walking/jogging right next door - relax. But not too far from IH 35, and everything Austin & Roundrock have to offer. We loved the decor, and the owner had everything we needed and them some. Expertly done, you won't be disappointed.

WOW! Wonderful rental - love the back yard!

This is the PERFECT home for a long term Rental! This was a really awesome place to stay at! The house was really beautifully furnished and really clean! We especially liked the back yard with the awesome deck, lawn and easy access to the Green Belt (Perfect place to exercise) This house is large enough for a family with kids and even some guests. We will stay here again for sure!! Thank you!

Awesome Time! Huge TV! Great Bathrooms

We had a really awesome time at the Van Allen's house. The house is spacious. Love the master bedroom's bathroom! They have really comfortable couches! The HUGE TV has a lot of great programs for kids! The trail next to the creek will lead you all the way to a cool playground. The kids played outside on the deck and turf in the backyard for hours! Remember to pack some cool outdoor toys! This house is such a pleasant surprise! Will definitely recommend it to friend!

Why they chose this property

With a King bed in master, queen guest, double twin guest, and one pull out sofa in living areas this is great for families or a small traveling party or it makes a great quiet spot for a couple getting away. Getting around Austin is all about access to Mopac (Loop One) and I-35 and this house is just 1 mile to either.

What makes this property unique

We think our house offers a great value because its so quiet and relaxed with the pond, pools etc on the trail out the back door and yet with the metro rail less than 2 miles away and both Mopac and I35 two minutes away you can get downtown or to the Domain or Outlet Malls very easy.
