We welcome you to our Stunning Mountain & City Views One Story House and all it has to offer.

We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and other tourist destinations.

Enjoy calm nights on the comfy furniture at the lighted patio overlooking the spectacular mountain view and city lights.

Our place is all about taking it easy! Relax and unwind....

The Space

Enjoy a super-clean, cozy 3 Bed/3 Bath fully furnished house located in a quiet neighborhood on the hillside with beautiful landscaping and patio overlooking the spectacular mountain views and city lights - it doesn't get much better than this!
Please be informed of the sleeping arrangement. This house can comfortably sleep 6 in the 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. If you have more than 6 people, the rest of your group can choose to sleep on either a couch (we have two 3 seater couches & one 2 seater sofa), futon (1 full size ) or on an air mattress (single).

- comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen

- two 3 seater couch (Sleeps 2)

5) Laundry:
- New modern washer & dryer (detergent provided)
-Hampers for dirty clothes

6) Dining:
- 2 dining tables that accommodate 10 people

7) Outdoor area:
- 1 swing bench
- 1 covered lounge area perfect for morning coffee or night cap to enjoy the view of the city and mountain

Other amenities include:

- 65 inch TV with Roku
- Basic toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)

- Washer and dryer (detergent included)

We have a Guest House attached to the house on the same property with different private main entrances that gives both units their space and privacy. There is a joining wall in the kitchen where some noise may be heard from either unit.

*Please ask us about renting both units at the same time (4 bedrooms-4 bathroom)

Guest access

Guests have access to the Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room, Kitchen, Outside Patios and Yard. Since we live on the corner, there is plenty of free parking in front and around the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors houses.

Valerie was great and very helpful! The place had everything we needed with a beautiful view from the front patio area. We enjoyed the stay. It was located close to Disneyland and Universal which we attended. Me and my family would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful. The view is stunning and we enjoyed sitting there at night watching the city lights below. House was clean. Living room had 2 couches instead of 3. The one bathroom is not located in the house but have to go out on the deck to access the bathroom with a different code than the front door. The fan in the bathroom outside also did not work in which everything then stayed moist/ wet from no circulation. - the bathroom itself was beautiful though. Host seems very friendly just not always quick in responding that included having to call her 4 days after requesting date change as well as texting her the night before checkin for checkin instructions.

Good location.

This home was in a good location, allowing us to travel to Anaheim to Disneyland. This took about 35 to 40 minutes. We also travelled to Universal Studios, which took close to an hour and 20 minutes. Traffic conditions, of course affect this. There were several very nice areas within a closer distance, where we were able to shop and eat. The home itself Was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom however was slanted, which I did not like, and made me feel almost unbalanced when walking in the room. We had issue with a fire alarm that woke us all in the middle of the night and continued to beep because its battery was dying. The property manager did come the next day to fix this. It was a decent VRBO, but not the nicest we have used.

Clean and convenient location

We were a group of 5 family members (2 couples and one single) in our mid to late 60’s, visiting another family member close by. We chose this property as it listed 3beds/3 full baths which we required. The property was clean, convenient and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. the beds were mostly comfortable. However, upon arrival we were surprised to learn a 3rd bath was located outside the main house, it was unheated and the path to it was not lighted. Valarie was very responsive in helping us locate the bath, providing the entry code and temporary lighting when we expressed concern about safely navigating to it in the dark. There was not much that could be done about the lack of heat. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the cake and pastries delivered from the owner. The location of the 3rd bathroom was inconvenient and a safety concern (without adequate lighting) and should have been disclosed in the VRBO description.

Great view, great home, great people.

We really enjoyed staying here for our visit to California. The neighborhood was peaceful, the house was clean and well stocked and the communication with the property manager was quick and prompt. The view from the front patio, living room, and one of the bedrooms is absolutely stunning. My daughter loved going to sleep and waking up to that view. This is not a critique but rather a heads up for future guest, the big canvas above the bed in the master bedroom will creek a bit throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper it may be a little annoying. I took a napkin and folded it over and put it under one corner and it cleared it right up for the rest of the trip lol. Im a very light sleeper though so for most people it probably won’t be an issue or even noticed. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication was great especially with our flights being delayed multiple times and Valerie was extremely prompt and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Accurate descriptions

It’s in a quiet neighborhood and nicely landscaped. The owner is very particular with house rules (dishes cleaned and put away, tables wiped down, etc…) which we knew as soon as we booked and were okay with. It’s an older home and renovated with rental quality materials, so I wouldn’t consider it a luxury accommodation, but it was clean and comfortable. The floor was loud to walk on and we could hear the attached second rental unit pretty clearly, but it was disclosed in the description, so not going to take away any points. The owner was very responsive through out our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Quiet suburbia

3BR/2BR at the top of Rowland Heights' gentle hill. The house is split into 2 units; this unit comes with the backyard/balcony, which is a huge plus. While there isn't a lot to do in the immediate environs, it's a very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities for a home. 5-10min drive for groceries and restaurants. Valerie was responsive and helpful.

Very convenient location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, terrific views from the patio. It was nice to be able to sit outside as the weather was not too hot during our visit. The accommodations were very nice. Great outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. Great kitchen to cook in! It definitely only fits 6 people comfortably in the 3 bedrooms, and 8 people if you don't mind couches, but they have another unit that makes the the accommodations work for 10-12 people, very comfortably. It is close to many "areas" of Los Angeles. Central location for visiting the Pomona colleges, Disney land and even the beach.
