Apartment was very clean and the appliances (I.e. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, basic supplies, HVAC) were great for a two week stay. Location is unbeatable for local history- most major sites are 10-30 minutes walking. Airport shuttle bus is close by. Good kitchen with basics covered (olive oil, salt and pepper, sponges, garbage bags). They accommodated a late check-in (which had a cost), so arrange that ahead of time. There was also a tourist tax, so bring cash when you check in. Accessibility: Building is in a quiet, residential street off Via Roma. Street stones can be slippery in rainy weather. Need to open narrow gate with a key to enter the building. Internal courtyard has steps, ramps, and an elevator. The unit is on the main floor, single bedroom is up a set of stairs. Main floor bathroom is spacious and outfitted with toilet, sink, and bidet. Upstairs bathroom is also spacious with ample storage, and has sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and shower with handheld hose. Overall, we had a great stay— check-in was seamless, our host was kind and informative, and the apartment was comfortable with all you need immediately upon check-in. IMPORTANT: Opening the door can be tricky. Turn the key counter-clockwise to the left until it stops, then pull on the handle while also firmly turning the key more counter-clockwise and you should feel a “click”

The apartment was modern and comfortable with excellent AC. The part that I did not like is the management company. I had sent several messages to ask a question before our stay and never got a response. All communication is via WhatsApp only a few days before the stay, very in personal. The company is clearly only out to make money. We had a later check in and were charged a late arrival fee. We received only one set of keys, information on parking was lacking.. Even though it was a luxury apartment, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a male perfumed shampoo without a any shower gel provided.there were no spare towels to be found. Again clearly geared to making money but very poor customer service. Would not prefer in the future even though the property was very comfortable.

El alojamiento es muy bello, súper espacioso para 6 personas. Cada área tiene su propio aire acondicionado, las camas son cómodas, la cocina está equipada con todo y más para cocinar, la lavadora la usamos un par de veces y funcionó muy bien. A los alrededores está el centro histórico, se puede andar muy bien, es un poco caótico, también está muy cerca del Teatro Massimo, una zona más bonita en Palermo. Un poco complejo el aparcamiento sobre la calle pero hay un parking muy cerca.
