Confusion

The room was very clean the view was great we were on the 30th floor. The beds were terrible I slept on the couch although I paid for 2 bedrooms. There was sheets and towels in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher. They sent different emails on getting to the place parking and getting the keys. It was confusing and frustrating after a long day of travel. They also wanted a picture of my license me holding my license and my car make and model which was a rental. It’s not like checking into hotel. The price was worth it but where I need a good bed to sleep on I would think about renting again.

Great location. Overall really good. But check in needs to be improved. Also should be an easy way to extend the stay if available, instead of making another booking where you have to pay again for cleannning and proprty fees.

The Lobby Staff was very kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us with our extremely stressful and confusing check in process. I cannot thank them enough. We are not familiar with the area. The GPS could not accurately take us to the building entrance (as was the case with three taxi pick ups) I walked around the entire block repeatedly, trying to find the right entrance to retrieve the key fob comparing the picture that was provided by the management company with no luck. I called multiple times asking for help and received multiple email links I could not open. Nobody could give me any additional assistance that I needed. The keys were NOT where they said they were, but I found the location. The parking garage location was not marked, and a parking attendant next door showed me where to go. There was a video provided where to park, but it could not be viewed until we were in our condo. No service in the garage, so that was useless. It took us well over an hour trying to get to our room. We were instructed to leave the key fob in our condo at check out, yet it's a necessary tool to use the elevator to get to the parking garage. We were fortunate someone was going to the lobby. Then we had to have assistance to get down to parking garage. This entire checking in and checking out experience was horrible. Really, really unfortunate, as we were very pleased with our accommodations, amenities and all the sightseeing we did.

The check in process is kind of confusing and a little annoying but the property is great! Beautiful view and the price is great for what you get. The kitchen is super convenient and useful. The bathroom was not very clean and the bathroom fan was broken. Also, the sofa couch is not very comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay with Global stay again. Much better than a hotel for about the same price!

The lock boxes in the hot garage are close to impossible. No front desk support. The outdoor pool is tiny. The indoor pool is a jacuzzi - not a pool at all. The 3rd bedroom was a closet off the entrance with a curtain to close it off, a cot, and no air conditioning vents.

I loved how nice the property was, including all the amenities. Any time something was wrong, Globalstay was quite responsive. There were some broken appliances including the coffee maker and the dishwasher shelf and several kitchen supplies missing when we checked in, and it was a little frustrating to have gotten a noise complaint while we were checking in and unpacking, however Globalstay was quick to respond and brought us everything that we needed! Lastly it was quite difficult to travel with a family, including different genders with just one key, as we had to always stay together and it was difficult to use amenities in the different gender locker rooms at the same time, which require key access (would need at least 2 keys). Regardless, we definitely would recommend staying with Globalstay!

We rented this property through Hotel.com, but this is not a hotel, there is not a check in site at the property. We had to pick up the key from other places and getting the keys took 3 hours because if the miscommunication with the online manager, the person I was chatting was extremely rude and unprofessional, parking assigned place was occupied and it took us 2 hours to get another parking spot

Good location but need to invest in mattresses

The building is in a great location if you are going to be spending a lot of time in the north-end of the city. Good food options. The unit itself wasn’t the same on as in the listing pictures. The mattresses and pillows were really uncomfortable. If they invested in a couple of good mattresses and some pillows it would make a world of difference

Not too bad, except it was very hard to find the lockbox , as there are about 80 of them in one place. Wifi instrucfions were wrong. Dishwasher at thisnplace had items that peovably belonged to a previous tenant ( from the looks of it). The place was nice, but some of the towels had stains. Same situation as with the previous apartment : linen in thw dryer , that was hoepfully washed with thw detegent. My instriction was to wash fhe towels but the detergent contsiner was empty. I bought my own but not sure if the previous tenant symply washed it without soap. Due to family emergenxy i had no time to shop around so this had tondo, but overall i wouls never stay with anything managed by the globalstay company and eouls never recommend them to anyone.

I have been told that the key to the apartment is in a locker in. The basement of the building, but when we got there there was no key inside the lock. I told them what happened but they didn’t refund our money

The condo was filthy, and the company scammed us with our deposit. They are not trustworthy and I recommend removing them from Expedia or any other website as it ruins your reputation.
