房間的泡湯池很讚，可以 2-3人同時泡湯。
公共設施中的多種湯池，也很讚，咖啡池，牛奶池，桂花池等多種，非常開心～
早餐有許多當地食材，都非常新鮮好吃~

適合帶國小中年級以下入住。超過可能會嫌單調無聊。戲水設施及場地比照片小，坐不住泡湯的小孩最多待一小時就想上樓。
SWITCH只在下午三點（通常先玩水）～晚上八點（6～8通常排晚餐）開放。因此等吃完晚餐过去⋯傻眼。卡茲樂園限140cm以下入場，Switch也不能玩，隔天早上父母忙打包或爸爸睡晚，媽媽也沒地方可帶大小孩休閒⋯，做為度假飯店是一敗筆。
另外，飯店大廳設計超沒美感。不過人員的服務態度及品質彌補飯店的硬體不足。
如果寒沐是外表很美但掀開偷工減料，川湯是農婦，純樸但熱情滿滿。

這次是家庭旅遊，訂了四人房。房間裡有兩張加大雙人床，很舒適。川湯有很多親子設施，適合帶小孩的家庭出遊，但是對於沒有小小孩的我們來說就有點吵。旅館在鐵路旁，就算關上窗還是會聽到火車經過的聲音，對於聲音比較敏銳的人可能需要考慮一下。

好处：地理位置好，临近火车站与镇内吃食和景点，乾淨可停車。缺点：早餐動線亂員工帶位沒訓練，大cheese只剩空殼沒料看似放了好長一段時間還擺出來，肉羹有羹沒肉，員工催菜用喊的，四人主題房的設計俗麗。超過一萬台幣的住宿很不值得，大眾溫泉浴場更衣室是臭的。

推薦給喜愛享受spa設施的旅客
房間空間超大，環境很整潔，窗外的景色也很好。除了房內的個人泡湯（有貼心的提供泡湯劑），飯店的spa 設施很多樣，也有適合兒童嬉戲的玩水區，使用完身心舒適，只是spa 淋浴區的整潔度可以再加強一下。自助早餐餐點也很豐富，口味不錯。整體上住宿 cp值頗高！

房間很寬敞，購物跟覓食都方便，房間的泡湯池也夠大，只是沒有做階梯可坐著休息，小童要小心高度，如果可以搭配一張木椅可能會更好。早餐豐富 ，設施也很多樣化，下次會再入住。
