Bon hotel avec belles prestations

Hotel bien situé, avec un personnel tres efficace et disponible. Les plus : - restaurant dans l'hotel abordable et bon. - le spa (je n'ai pas pu le tester) - chambre spacieuses avec kitchenette et bureau Les moins : - petit dejeuner buffet tres sommaire au vue du prix, la premiere fois que je ne vois pas de carafe d'eau ou bouteille d'eau gazeuse. - l'etat general de la chambre où les peintures de tous les murs etaient abimees. Le rapport qualite prix est bon.

En cours de fermeture, je ne conseille pas

Pas de réception pas de petits déjeuner pas de spa. Accueil fermée on a dû parler à travers un rideau pour que quelqu’un de mé sympatique daigne nous répondre. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Residence tres pratique et bien située.

Excellent accueil et situation très pratique près des trams. Agréable spa et resto bon rapport qualité prix. Suggestion : un peu plus de déco dans la chambre et une table où on peut s'asseoir à 2.

Bon appart hôtel si l’on bénéficie d’un bon tarif car le prix normal me paraît sur coté. Pas tout neuf mais propre. Moquette au sol pas très hygiénique. Au spa le jacuzzi est à moitié en panne depuis très longtemps d’après un habitué, à 10€ par personne c’est dommage de pas investir un peu pour le réparer. Sinon le personnel est cordial et arrangeant. Bonne isolation phonique et bonne literie.

Für uns genau richtig gelegen. Auch wenn alle emails auf französisch sind, sprach der sehr freundliche junge Mann am Empfang hervorragend Englisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber, allerdings sind die Teppiche etwas alt. Sehr sicheres Eingangssystem für Hotel und Tiefgarage. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Bon établissement mais literie a revoir

Bonne équipement général de l hotel. Coin spa et salle de sport (payante sauf memzbre vip). L accueil est chaleureux. Pas de commentaires sur le petit déjeuner carnon pris. La chambre : bien équipée, table, frigo plaques ,vaisselle... Toutefois le frigo fait du bruit( compresseur!) La literie : le matelas meriterait d'etre changé car on s enfonce.
