Great location. Nice welcome at check in from Ante. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Amazing views. Handy for buses into Split. Good food and beer next door at Cibas.

The staff was very efficient, we had an issue with an uncomfortable odor but they took care of it immediately. The condo was spacious, and clean. The convenience to have the beach on your doorstep is priceless !

Very helpful staff, especially as we had a late flight and no one was going to be around at the property to check us in, so they sent us photos and a video of everything we would need. The apartment was very clean and a good supply of towels. The kitchen area had a coffee machine plus a kettle and all the cooking utensils if you wanted to self cater. Breakfast was buffet style and relaxed with both indoor & outdoor seating areas, again the staff were on hand and very helpful. Good standard of cleanliness and great location right on the beach.

We staying during off season. Everything was great. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff during breakfast. Clean and very quiet. The beach looks amazing and has a long promenade for walks along the beach. Rental car is a must.

Immaculate apartments!

Our apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. The standard of finish and extra touches made it stand out from others. Ante was so friendly and helpful and around during the day if you need him. Location is quiet with a few restaurants which is ideal for a relaxing break. I am a vegan so struggled slightly with food options but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with absolutely everything you could need to cook. We used Uber to go into Split and the Mall which was great. Overall if I could move the apartment around with us as we travel I would.

Great place - the high rating is true!

This is a great place! Very friendly staff and right by the sea. I travel quite a lot and I thought the very high rating potentially was too high. However, I can fully agree with everyone else. The only minor thing could be the geographical location. Compared to many other bigger resorts, the variety of restaurants could potentially be seen as limited. If you look for a nice place to rest, I can highly recommend VIPo Prestige Apartments!

My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. This property is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very long promenade in front of this property and many bars & restaurants to walk to. There is a small pool within the fence of the property and the beach is across the promenade. Beautiful views and a very quiet & peaceful spot. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need (although a toaster in the kitchen would be nice!) full size fridge, oven & microwave. No laundry in the unit. We had breakfast included in our stay and you go next door to their restaurant and it was very nice! Great selection with beautiful outdoor seating by the water. There is free underground parking (BUT - be aware, if you have rented a manual vehicle, you will need to be very experienced with stopping on extreme steep hills. There is an arm that automatically raises when you exit the parking lot, but there is a delay and you have to stop the car and it’s STEEP!) My only other con would be the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here!

Stunning penthouse apartment

It is a beautiful apartment for a luxury stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. and there were plenty of towels. The receptionist gave us a number to contact if we wanted anything - we did ask for extra pillows after the 1st night and they were there when we returned from our day out. The maid also knocked one day to see if we needed anything. We stayed in the Penthouse with 3 bedrooms. Apart from wanting 2 pillows each, the only thing we were missing was baking trays for the oven. The only negatives for this stunning apartment was that 2 of the en-suites only had a handheld shower. It would have been better if there had been a bracket high on the wall to fix the shower into. As it was we all used the walk-in shower in one of the bedrooms, after we had attempted to use the hand-held one above the bath in another en-suite. The other negative was the amount of road noise, as it is a busy road, this also made turning left out of the apartments slightly difficult.
