Ground floor apartment of 50 sqm. It consists of 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen (oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle). At guests' disposal: TV (in the bedrooms), Wi-Fi, hairdryer, fan and mosquito nets. Air conditioning in the bed rooms.
Private fenced garden

The price includes gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, final cleaning included. Pets Allowed. Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 150, Breakfast on request, with home-made products. Reservation required, €15/person. Heating according to consumption € 2.60 / mc, tourist tax to be paid on location.

The farmhouse is located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany, the Crete Senesi; it has been renovated and now offers 6 comfortable apartments. It is a place with a magical atmosphere and its origins date back to the Etruscan era; in the Middle Ages it was used as a grain mill. Located in a quiet location and surrounded by a beautiful landscape rich in olive trees, the company produces vegetables, fruit, olive oil, all organically grown, and delicious truffles. During their stay, guests can discover the colors and flavors of the Crete Senesi, as well as taste good wines and olive oil, or Cooking classes and bike excursions under the professional guidance of Alessandro.
There is a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from mid-May), a children's playground, barbecue area, washing machine and Internet Wi-Fi.
The resort is located between Asciano (4km) and Rapolano Terme (6km), two breathtaking medieval villages in the Crete Senesi area. Rapolano is also known for its thermal baths. Recommended excursions: Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Monticchiello, all about 35 km away. Nearest shops and restaurants in Serre, 2.2 km.

Accommodations: 6 comfortable, typically Tuscan apartments. All with Internet Wi-Fi connection and private terrace or Seating area to enjoy meals outdoors.

Amazing place. Peace and quiet

An ideal place to explore Tosaknia. Close to the most beautiful cities and towns. Fantastic pool , perfectly maintained. Surrounded by lavender fields, olive groves and beautiful flowers. Property well maintained, mowed lawns and amazing nature. You can just hear the cicadas and birdsong. The owner Guido charming and very helpful in all matters. The only downside was the huge number of mosquitoes, but this is normal in Tuscany at this time. I highly recommend this place, where we spent a wonderful 11 days.

Un accueil sympathique dans cette ferme à quelques pas du petit bourg d’Asciano qui recèle un magnifique petit musée. Ne pas oublier les anti moustiques .. ils sont terribles !

Enttäuschend

Aufgrund der Beschreibung des Objektes bei Fewo-direkt.de und des Preises hatten wir eine deutlich höhere Erwartungshaltung. Das Appartment ("Il Pomo") ist nicht Teil des in den Bildern dargestellten Bauernhauses, sondern befindet sich in einem ziemlich runtergekommenen Nebengebäude. Einen "Grillplatz" haben wir nicht gefunden, nur einen völlig verrosteten und versifften 10,- Euro Grill. Der Außenbereich, wo man sicher hätte Essen können, war total verdreckt und zugewuchert. Wir haben uns schon die Frage gestellt, ob wir die Büsche zurückschneiden, das Laub auffegen und den Grill reinigen sollen. Die Tatsache, dass wir die ersten 5 Tage praktisch allein waren und den Pool zu unserer alleinigen Verfügung hatten, reißt die Sache nur bedingt raus. Wir sind 2 Tage vorfristig abgereist.

Wir finden Ihre Bewertung sehr unfreundlich. Während des Aufenthaltes (unter anderem in einer Zeit mit schlechtem Wetter) war auf die Frage, wie es sei, immer alles in Ordnung. Und wenn Sie zurückkommen, schreiben Sie solche Dinge!!. Dies ist ein Bauernhof und Ihre Wohnung befindet sich in einem unabhängigen Ferienhaus mit privatem Garten, was alle Gäste (auch frühere Gäste, die eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung hinterlassen haben) sehr zu schätzen wissen. Der Garten wird bestmöglich gepflegt, Wunder sind bei den aufgetretenen Regen- und Stürmen natürlich nicht möglich. Vielleicht sind Sie früher abgereist, nachdem Sie die Wettervorhersage gelesen hatten. Auf jeden Fall ist Geschmack Geschmack und darüber lässt sich nicht streiten, aber sagen Sie nicht, dass der Preis für das, was Sie bezahlt haben, zu hoch ist.
