Wonderful stay

We loved the apartment- it was clean, spacious, well stocked and in a safe, accessible location. Communication was so easy, and they were incredibly helpful all the way through. Highly recommend!

Nicer than expected

Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving.

O apartamento é muito bom, muito confortável, muito espaçoso e muito bem servido de mobílias, eletrodomésticos, lençóis e toalhas. Estávamos em 4 e ele tinha 3 quartos, que daria para acomodar até mais um casal. Fica num condomínio bem grande também com ótima estrutura. Chuveiros muito bons nos banheiros. Voltaríamos a ficar ali com certeza. Para quem vai em grupos grandes, no próprio prédio haviam outros apartamentos. A localização é estratégica entre Tulum e Playa del Carmen, ideal pra explorar a região. O atendimento também foi muito bom, ágil. Chegamos bem tarde e noa deixaram uma tábua com frios e frutas, que foi perfeito para quem passou dia no avião e depois enfrentou mais de 1h de estrada. Um ponto de melhoria seria ter uma relação de check list a ser feito na entrada. Por exemplo, o apartamento conta com 2 cofres com fechadura digital mas estavam fechados. Não nos fez falta e nem questionamos, mas se houvesse um check list isso não aconteceria. Mas nada que comprometa a experiência. Um dos melhores locais que já ficamos nesse estilo de habitação.

Fantastic property perfect for those who seek independence and quiet. Having a car is recommended for shopping as it is currently without a restaurant. The pool is extraordinary and useful for lap swimming. I would happily live there full time!
