Suggest to book Hovdestoylen instead, with thanks to the great frontdesk at hovdestoylen we could change our booking to a great appartment with an amazing view. Stay at Hovdestoylen was excellent

We arrived to the hotel pretty late and exhausted and notice there were no sheets on the bed and no towels in the room. We booked for 2 nights and stayed 1. When we checked out the front desk didnt ask why we were leaving early. She just stated thank you for staying with us.

First we couldn't find the office to checking in. It is at the other end of the town. We were asked if we brought our own bedsheets and towels after we checked in. Ended up we were charged 360nok on rental for one night stay and made our own beds. And you have to strip the the bedding and return them to the checking counter on the other end of the town to check out.

Stedet er idyllisk på fjellet. Utsikt delvis mot dal som egentlig ikke burde kostet noe mer før man har pusset opp terrassen og byttet en oppsvullet terrassedør

Helt ok leilighet for to netter. Sparsommelig innredet, ikke spesielt hjemmekoselig, men det var god temperatur og man har det viktigste man trenger. Vi lagde ikke mat, så jeg vet ikke hvor godt kjøkkenet er utstyrt.

Begynner å bli veldig slitent på Hovdehytta. Ingen utbedringer de siste 15 årene. Defekt oppvaskmaskin og ødelagt dusjhode. Velger annet overnattingssted neste gang.

Manglende informasjon om at man må ha med sengetøy og håndkle, som medførte at vi måtte leie fra utleier. En unødvendig utgift da vi fint kunne hatt med dette selv hadde vi visst om det.

Litt slitent bygg, men helt ok for en natt eller to. Mye betong og anleggsarbeider til å ligge ganske landlig til.

Iskaldt i leiligheten når vi ankom. Klarte ikke å få opp en god innetemperatur iløpet av kvelden. Lite effektive ovner. Glad det bare var -1 ute. Vil ikke tenke på hvordan leiligheten hadde vært hvis det var -20.

Vinterferie på Hovdehytta

Hovdehytta har en fantastisk beliggenhet. Innsjekk og utsjekk gikk smertefritt. Leiligheten bærer tydelig preg av å være dedikert til utleie. Sparsomt innredet og lite "hyttekoselig". I en leilighet for 5 personer er det kun 7 av hver ting i kjøkkenskapene. Dette bidrar til at oppvaskmaskinen må kjøres ofte. 2min. kjøretur til skitrekket. Gåavstand til butikker, badeland etc. Bilen sto tørt i garasje.
