Had a great stay in this hotel! It was a very convenient spot with grocery stores, transportation and really good restaurants!! The hotel itself was very clean with lots of nice amenities!! We would absolutely come back here!

Receptionists extremely rude ! Except the one who was working the morning. After 5 stays there, this last one was horrible. They don’t like and consider people. I’ll not go back.

the pillow ls smell bad - like one sweated a lot on them. The shower area is full of mold, so disgusting. The public transportation to get there is not easy. No hair dryer is provided - you need to rent it at reception and pay for deposit. You must return soon to make sure it is availableto others, which is so inconvenient

The most terrible experience ever

The front desk staff seems not welcome us when we arrived at night. We found that very uncomfortable. And, in the next morning, the cleaning staff rang the bell to wake us up and ask when we will leave. The check out time is 11a.m and how could I believe the staff ringing your bell to ask about your leaving time? There was a mosquito in the room and took times to fight with it. The hotel ask for deposit. That's fine. But when I checked out, the staff mentioned it takes 3 hours to unlock the deposit. However, the hotel didn't unlock the money. I tried to call the hotel but the staff couldn't help me. I needed to search the contact point on the website and sent an email to the property to request to get my deposit back after 30 hours of my checked out.

Not What We Expected

This place was cute, but not quite what I expected. The lack of AC was hard on the last night when it was really hot outside. Information about breakfast and the gym wasn't explained at checkin so the first morning we rode up and down the elevator trying to find breakfast which was minimal. Even though it's close to a tram, it's about 45min to an hour from Paris center which requires a tram and train or two. So, going back and forth from Paris to the hotel to rest wasn't really an option or easy to do if you decide to do so. There's not much life near the hotel. Everything is rundown or shutdown, so to find nicer things, you have to take a tram. There is a nice bakery on the corner and fast food across the street. When I went to check out, the receptionist seemed confused and asked if I wanted to stay and extra day. I hope I won't be charged for anything like that. The fitness center had 4 pieces of equipment with the treadmill being one and was broken. The only free weights were 3 1kg weights. A bit of a letdown. I wouldn't go back.

Terrible experience

Never again! The room was completely dirty, and in particular some points were completely disgusting, as for example the fridge that was completely molded inside and for this so crazy stinky, and the shower that as well had mold on in. The cleaning service at as well terrible.i had to ask for three consecutive days to clean my room before to get it a bit more cleaner. Also pillow, curtains and walls are marked by unknown substances
 Even the shower was broken and was not possible to hold it on the wall. Breakfast does not worth 17€ Another really bad point is the parking. It has only one key for all the guest in the hotel, which means that when you have to take your car from the parking you have to make a line with all the other guest that needs it and one by one can go out from the park, and leaving the car in the middle of the street then you have to bring the key for the parking back in the resection. Totally absurd. The rooms does not look like in the picture at all, probably the picture are from 6-7 years ago when it has been renewed. I was thinking to suggest this place for my team since it’s close to the project we are on but I changed completely my mind for the ruined condition of the structure, the organization itself and for the fact that most of the service people working there were dramatically rude (of course there are exception in this) Good luck if you are going to be there!

I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me that because I booked the room through Expedia, I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. This was a lie. Expedia told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. Expedia attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to answer. I liked that the place had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French ordering and buying things. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range knobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with them to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$#$ at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. The staff made it pretty clear that they don’t care if I write a bad review, only about getting my money.

Saknade restaurang pÄ hotellet, det fanns ingen nÀra utanför, kunde varit bra med Ätminstone en automat med sandwich tex, nÄgot. Dock bra med pentry, om man kunnat handla grejer sÄ fanns kyl och mikro m.m. Trevlig lugn personal i receptionen, ok engelska. Fina rena rum!

False advertising, stated sofa bed in every room, no sofa bed in any room. Room much smaller than advertised, kitchenette under equipped. Not fit for family visit.

Good, cheap, bad location

A pretty good place, clean and close to several mÀrkets. Only bad thing is location, Its far from metro but the bus is okay.Wifi was really slow though but we got a balcony

PrisvÀrt lÀgenhetshotell i trist förort

FrÀsht, nÀstan nybyggt hotell. Vi fick rum med en bra dubbelsÀng, men har förstÄtt att man ocksÄ kan fÄ en mindre bekvÀm bÀddsoffa om man har otur. UtmÀrkt pentry-kök med spisplattor, mikro, kyl, och allt annat som man behöver för att laga frukost eller en enklare mÄltid (en vÀlsorterad Supermarket finns i samma byggnad, öppen till kl 20:30 alla dagar utom söndagar). En helt okej frukostbuffé serveras annars fram till kl 09:30, till en kostnad av 8:50 Euro, för den som inte orkar laga egen frukost. Fint badrum med dusch (ej badkar). DÄligt med sittplatser - endast ett skrivbord fanns att sitta vid, och endast tvÄ enkla stolar. TV med mÄnga kanaler, dock samtliga pÄ franska (inklusive dubbade filmer). Ingen balkong. StÀdning endast en gÄng i veckan, som brukligt i lÀgenhetshotell. TyvÀrr Àr hotellet belÀget i den trÄkiga förorten Vitry-sur-Seine, sÄ det blev att vi spenderade större delen av kvÀllarna pÄ rummet. För att ta sig in till Paris Àr det 15 minuters promenad (uppförsbacke) till Metrostationen Villejuif Paul Vaillant-Couturier. Alternativt kan man ta buss 183 frÄn gatan utanför hotellet till Metrostationen Porte de Choisy. Oavsett vilket blir den totala restiden omkring 40 minuter frÄn hotellet in till centrala Paris. Sammantaget Àr Séjours & Affaires Paris-Vitry ett mycket prisvÀrt hotell, om man kan stÄ ut med det nÄgot avsides lÀget.
