Probablement à la hauteur du prix, vu le prix des hôtels à Aix. Minimaliste, et le ménage est visiblement minimaliste également. Vétuste. En revanche, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Manque franchement de places de parking, j'ai du me garer en extérieur.

le numéro de téléphone donné par Hotels.com ne correspond pas aux Académies aixoises, j'ai du faire une recherche sur le net pour trouver! (sachant qu'il est indiqué d'appeler au moins 24h avant! La chambre est correcte, la salle de bain très propre et accueillante. la cuisine est fonctionnelle. ça commence à vieillir, notamment au niveau du sol. accueil très sympathique, agréable. j'y suis restée qu'une nuit .

On a été agréablement surpris. Les commentaires n’étant pas élogieux. Rapport qualité prix, impeccable. Les extérieurs sont très sympa surtout quand on a un chien. Il y a tous les conforts nécessaires ! Alors oui la cuvette des toilettes n’avait pas été nettoyé. Mais le coup d’éponge ne m’a pas traumatisé

Séjour sympa mais avec plusieurs détails génants

dans l'ensemble la chambre était plutôt satisfaisante. J'ai toutefois noter quelques points de détails qui m'ont un peu perturbé : un sachet de sucre retrouvé dans les draps du lit, un cache manquant à la lumière du plafond, un porte pommeau de douche plutôt délabré, un rouleau de papier toilettes avec uniquement 2 feuilles restantes et encore un papier dans la cuvette, un ventilateur inutilisable avec énormement de poussière dessus (je suis asthmatique), un produit vaisselle à disposition pratiquement vide. Sinon, accueil sympathique, lit plutôt confortable

Les personnes à l'accueil font ce qu'elles peuvent pour satisfaire les clients, mais ce n'est pas suffisant. Manque de matériel dans la cuisine, ménage très sommaire, mobilier encombrant. C'est dommage. Avec peu de choses et un peu de rigueur, le séjour pourrait être tout à fait convenable.
