Die Lage der Villa ist genau wie beschrieben. Sie liegt mitten in der Olivenplantage und ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Vermieter wohnt 100 Meter entfernt und ist jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Es gibt sehr viel Platz und der Blick ist TOP. Man kann von der Dachterrasse bis nach Chania schauen und das Meer sieht man sowieso. Aber Achtung bei der Anfahrt. Hier ist Google Maps KEINE Hilfe , wenn man aus Chania kommt. Die hier vorgeschlagen Wege sind nur mit einem Jeep fahrbar! Der Weg aus Westen ist der einzige befestigte Weg, der mit normalen PKW befahren werden kann. Auch Innen ist viel Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Eisspender. Warum nicht 5 Sterne? Es fällt auf, das nicht alles in perfektem Zustand ist ( Mülleimer unter Spüle öffnet nicht mehr automatisch mit der Tür / Sitzmöbel auf der Dachterrasse sind defekt / Insektenrollos alle defekt ) Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Filteranlage des Pool ausgefallen, was ja mal sein kann. Aber der Vermieter hat daraufhin sehr viel Chlor in das Wasser gestreut, welches zum Teil auf der Oberfläche geschwommen ist. Aber er hat uns nichts gesagt!! Hätten wir kleinere Kinder, dann wären die hier einfach reingegangen! So ist uns aufgefallen, das hier etwas nicht stimmt. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns das zeitnah bestätigt. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Wäschewechsel nach 1x pro Woche wünschenswert. Das sind einige der Kleinigkeiten, warum nur 4x Sterne. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr gut erholt!
