Best location

The best thing about these appointments is the location. You could easily walk to most of the attractions in town. Beds were very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen.

Great spacious flat in the heart of the city

Smooth check in Apartment is really spacious with all necessary amenities. Amazing location in the heart of Barcelona with plenty of options nearby The only downside is the loud noise from the streets but that’s something you should expect while visiting a busy city like Barcelona We stayed 2 days at the flat with 2 children and felt very safe and comfortable at all times Much recommend

Check-in procedure was very well communicated. The apartment is at excellent location, everything is so convenient. Only one thing I dont feel comfortable: a lot of personal information like passport number, home address, etc had to be provided for pre-check in.

MH Apartments was great for our family of four. It has plenty of space and room, kitchen is well stocked, good layout. Very good customer service and communication. Location is very good - close to Metro stop and not far from many sites.

Our unit faced the main street. Sometimes loud people up to midnight and after. Close to Metro stop. Has elevator. Bakery across the street, and big market next door.

It will better to have code to get in before arriving. Person who was the 11th July jn the afternoon was not welcoming and very nice. At the beggining he didn’t let us in to do the process with the machine although I already did it the day before

Great location - old apartment

We absolutely loved the area - was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, loads of shops and restaurants, cafes and gelaterias for us to frequent. There is no front desk, no service and you get 1 roll of toilet paper however long you’re staying or however many people… so buy TP once you get there! There is a washing machine in the unit and a balcony as well as a drying rack - so we were able to do laundry. There was no proper frying pan so we were cooking eggs in a pot 😂🙈 The unit is old. There is what looks like black mold in the bathroom and the rooms are quite tiny and weirdly shaped. Overall it grew on us and we had a wonderful time, but not sure Id pick this apartment again

Great but check in

Overall our stay was great but the check in process was a bit annoying as it’s self check in. The machine only accepts physical credit/debit card and if you don’t have like us, that’s when the issues begin.

Great location but missing items in unit

The apartment was nice and a great location. However, incompletely stocked (no paper towels, no mittens for the stove, minimal amount of toilet paper and bathroom utilities, etc) Laundry was available but no drier so had to look for outside options. Also, in order to turn on lights you had to use one of the key cards to turn it in which we had no clue on hot to do this and had to call the number online which is customer service line to explain this- not a specific number to where we were staying.

We like that this apartment block is walking distance to almost everything. We could see the top of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Good access to a metro station. Sound proofing is good. Two things can be improved: provision of coffee pods for the coffee machine and the bathroom area. It is always damp due to a lack of ventilation. Water also leaks from the shower screen so the floor is always wet, the bath towels have been put to the test.

The unit doesn’t provide supplies, no kitchen towel, one roll of toilet paper for 5 pp for 3 nights. No coffee pods ( have the machine) or tea bags .no kettle only one pot , all though we didn’t cook , we like our morning coffee or tea to start the day. Very nice location and nice shops around .

I would never recommend this hotel!!

The communication with this hotel is terrible. And you can’t get inside the building without a code. The back and forth with this hotel was a nightmare. They were extremely rude and I didn’t get the info until the day after our check in date. When we arrived the lady working the building was screaming at us and told us we couldn’t check in. (There is no check in desk) be very aware. This is a nice building but we also ran into people that were never given a code. They were stuck outside in 90 degree weather. I let them in the building.
