Such a beautiful hotel with amazing customer service! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The beds are so comfortable and plush. The gym is well equipped and there are many options for food on site.

Noch viel Nachholbedarf

Wir haben uns in einem Hotel noch nie so unwillkommen gefühlt: zunächst ein wirklich rotziger Ton, wo unser Buchungsbeleg sei, dann Reisepässe ausgehändigt, wo dann pünktlich mit dem Kollegen gelacht wurde (nein, vermutlich nicht über den Pass, aber der Eindruck entstand). Am nächsten Tag um eine Auskunft gefragt, war der Ton nicht besser. Am Pool musste man gerade weg und das „System sei abgestürzt“. Als beim Auschecken die Frage kam, ob wir wiederkommen, mussten wir wirklich kurz blöd gucken. Bei der Kategorie, in der das Hotel meint, mitzuspielen, muss das Personal noch lange geschult werden, denn den Preis zahle ich v.a. für die Atmosphäre, und die war arrogant und saumäßig.

Modern and tasteful executive apartments

Marriot international standards have certainly been adhered to. Property was well presented, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment as i was traveling with my wife and 2 children aged 21 and 15. Had thought the 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds but sadly it was not (contained a queen bed) but the hotel provided an extra roll away for my daughter at no extra cost. Beds were extremely comfortable and both bathrooms very spacious. Unfortunately my request for a pool view room was not taken note of and received a city view room. The only issue with the apartment was the shower cubicle where the drainage was slow while taking a shower so ended up standing in the dirty shower water. If the apartment condition is maintained and the shower issue addressed, i will not hesitate to stay again. Overall our stay was very good. Love the staff attitude and service ethic - no request was to difficult and always willing to assist.

Worth it!

New property. Very well built, apartments were comfortable and fully furnished. Housekeeping was great. Food was good and the area is convenient and also has everything you need. Great value for money.
