The best stay ever during our family winter vacation! The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Everything is near and walkable. We felt safe even walking late, it just feel like we are home. Thanks to Jerome who is very helpful, understanding and very accommodating provide us a beautiful room… I wished I can thank him in person. God bless your heart and whoever is behind this amazing place!

Communication is terrible. You need to have an app (any of these 3 - whats up, viber or telgram ) so they can send instructions on how to check in. Very poor customer service, no calls or follow up call on basic information like housekeeping schedule, etc. Customer has to call all the time for basic supplies ie: shampoo, paper towels, trash pick-up, etc. and they don’t change sheets even if you request to have your sheets changed. We didn’t get our sheets changed during stay of 8D/7N. No consistent supply of hot water for showering. FYI: We had 2/8 days that we got lucky to have hot water during showers. Hair dryer that’s provided sounds like a Cessna plane that is about to take off when turned on and takes 25 minutes to dry a shoulder length. Electrical outlets are available in every room but only few are functional (some are marked “do not use” and some are not-so you have to plug/use before you will know). They have old fashioned keys and they give you 1 set of 3 keys. Not convenient if you go out individually cuz you have to wait whoever holds the key to get back in to the apartment. They have different locations but same information is posted in Expedia regarding distance from landmarks in Milan. Wrong address was provided after booking online (via del bollo 2 but apartment is in via del torchio 4). Worse experience ever with this stay.

Spacious and clean

We had a great stay at this property. Very spacious, clean and accessible to all. The management answers promptly. We had a problem with the shower drain and they had it fixed immediately. We were initially upset when it wasn’t ready on the time of check in as they were still cleaning it but once we’re in, we couldn’t help but like it. Highly recommended 👍

The location of my apartment was perfect, the bag drop was convenient, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and helpful when I had to find a computer charger quickly. Grazie mille!!

Amazing location

Overall stay was great! Location was great. Walking distance to the duomo, starbucks reserve, and so much more. Sofa bed was not that comfortable and kept squeaking every time someone moved. Washing machine was a little complicated but worked well. Minor complaints to what this place has to offer. Host was always so friendly and kept in touch.

It is very tiring take 15 minutes walking with all the suitcases from this Property Hub Office Storage to Apartment after long hours flight if you arrival early before checking time. With this distance, if this property can offer delivery suitcases from Hub Office Storage to Apartment will be helpful. And Direction was not clear for first time visit Malian.

Excellent few days in Milan. Apartment was very spacious and everything we needed for our stay. Very clean also. The hosts Milan retreats was excellent, they made the check in process very easy with instructions and videos of how to reach and get into the apartment. If I have needed anything I quick what’s app message was sent and I would receive a reply within under a minute. Location was perfect central to everything. Would definitely recommend booking with Milan retreats.

It was disappointing that The loft was prepared for two adults rather than the bed downstairs. Most adults will not fit in the loft. It was also disappointing that there were only two hand towels and two bath towels made available for the entire apartment during our stay. There were not even sheets of available for the bed downstairs. They did bring sheets and make the bed as well as provide additional towels and replace the light bulbs that were out in the bathroom very quickly at our request. That was very appreciated.

Stayed at Via Digana around the corner of the Duomo. 2 negatives but not enough to keep me from returning. 1. It's noisy even if you lower the shutters. Be prepepared, however I do believe this will be the case no matter where you stay in this neighborhood. 2. The pillows were way too flat. Outside of these 2 items, the location is amazing. There's a food spot in every corner and you are walking distance from literally everything.
